He was beyond professional and kind and besides beating out all the other places in price, he copied them while I waited. The outcome was amazing. So, I then gave them my recently completed book (my first) about my grief journey that I both authored and added a painting to every page. He copied all 35 pages, adjusting each one for vibrancy of color and position, cut them and bound them together with a coil as this is my Christmas present for my family. They completed the job in 4 days and the finished product is beyond my wildest expectation. Plus, the price was lower than anywhere else, including the discount stores where you can self print.
