Great local print shop! They have an online portal where you can either message them for a quote or…read moremake an account and upload a project for printing. You can upload the project that needs to be printed or upload a project that needs their edits. Since I was a first-time customer, I was slightly confused on if I should start with a quote or just go ahead and upload my project, so I did both. I uploaded my project and got an email about it needing bleed marks. I'm not a graphic designer, so it took me awhile to figure out how to add them (if you use Canva, there's an "add bleed marks" check that you can mark). Once I sent it with the marks, we were off to the races, however I do think that everyone should be sent a final mock-up before anything is printed whether they upload a project that's ready to print or not. As a non printing pro, I need that reassurance. ;) The overall product turned out perfectly and was done for a reasonable price. I needed a quick turnaround for the project and Laurie went out of her way to go into work early so that I could pick up my printing material in time for an event. That was so kind of her and was really impressive overall. If you are confused by the website, I'd recommend calling or walking in (their door says "walk-ins welcome") and they'll help you get rolling, as they are super kind and hard-working over here! I'll definitely try them again in the future.

That being said, I also want to look out for patrons and help them avoid a bad experience. I walked into an empty store front. Waited for a minute. I saw an open office door with a light on and called out. No one answered. I saw there was a call button so I pressed it. About 3-4min later a man walked down the hall and started talking to someone who was apparently in that office the whole time. When I said "hello" to get his attention, the guy scowled at me and rudely asked "what do you need". I had a pre-printed label and doc that needed to be shipped. He grabbed both out of my hands, never made eye contact, and just said "you're good...you can go". No customer should ever be treated that way ever!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had…read more We ordered banners and from the very beginning we faced constant delays. Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.
