But the main reason I'm writing a negative review is after finally getting seated, I find the chair and counter station is full of hair and dirty from the previous client. The stylist isn't prepared and disappeared again to grab the steam machine! So not only did they rob me of my time but after patiently waiting, they robbed my experience. I didn't feel comfortable and lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire place because what else is rushed at this point! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to other people time.

He had apologized for my previous experience, and wanted to make things right. This was the first time that I had been contacted from a Yelp review, so I was at least to give them a shot. He had offered for me to come in and have a free massage to make up for the last one. That, and he was going to have his best masseuse available to take care of me. I said that I was very pleased that a manager would contact me after such a review. I came in, and was greeted by him, and was introduced to my masseuse... and the massage started. It was a good massage. It was definitely better than my previous one. She had apologized because she had heard about the experience I endured there, and said that she'd do anything to make this one the best possible. Needless to say, the massage was very good. When I came out of the massage room... I was greeted once again by the manager, and then the store owner... who presented me with a gift card to get a free hair cut. And I'll be damned if I can find that card. I thought I had put it in my wallet, but I cannot find that card. lol. Thanks to Wise Guys for trying to make things right. I think companies that actually pay attention to what people say is top notch.
