Finally a middle aged woman with a ferocious tan came out and we struggled with communication for a bit. She didn't speak English well. Apparently they don't have a barber's license and couldn't give me the service I wanted. I suspect this is patronized by older residents looking for a cheap hacking and by kids forced to get cheap hackings by their parents.
