I called earlier in the day to make appointments for my two sons. I asked for 7pm and was told "both stylists have 7pm appointments." Understandable, but an important detail for the rest of this, so we planned for 7:30. At 7:30 Azra promptly took one of my sons to her station. She went through what we wanted, and gave my son a fantastic haircut. Highly recommend her. The other (blonde, I didn't catch her name) stylist was still chatting with her assumedly, 7pm appointment. 7:40 passed. Then 7:50. At 7:54, 24 minutes past our appointment, she walked to the front and made no attempt to apologize or even address the delay. She said two words: "you ready?" I simply replied that no, we would take our business elsewhere. She again made no reference to missing the scheduled time, and replied, "ok, I'll take him off." Zero stars for that. Went in there for a "line up" because my real barber is out on medical. I went in with a nice full beard. She shaved my beard off and left me with a chin strap. I look like I live in a trailer park and only date minors. So now I have to shave what's left of my face to reveal a pale face that hasn't seen sun in years. We have been here 2x and we are now 50/50 on experience. The first time we had an appointment and waited about 10min to be seen and the haircut/beard trim was wonderful. We have a beer while we waited! The second time, was terrible. We had an appointment but after 30min of waiting, we left. Nobody acknowledged us, and I am guessing appointments do not actually matter. There were 3 barbers working, but nobody seemed to care there was a wait of 4 people, just very very slow. This place is awesome, I walked in and the greeted my with a smile and a BEER! It's pretty manly when you walk in here minus the beautiful barbers in the back. I let Brooke trim my beard a few times. She was absolutely wonderful to talk to, smell and to look at.hahahaha! But she did a great job on my beard and that's why I'm going back. I'm going to be honest, my expectations were not high here. I felt like this may be the salon version of Hooters. And if you have ever had Hooters' food, you'd know why that's a bad thing. Instead, this is a good place, at a reasonable price ($20 for a cut and wash), to get your hair done if you are a guy. They are great gals. I've had my hair done by Paris and one other. And both were good experiences. Frankly, I need to get another tomorrow, and I am not hesitating to come here. And if you have kids, you don't have to be afraid of bringing them here. When in to get a perm done, a loose perm, and get a trim. and I went in there the lady I got don't know her name but it was a lady I had never seen before she was foreign, now to say this lady did a shit job is one hell of an understatement. So apparently my hair wasn't long enough to do the type of perm I wanted so I got in there got set up she started doing the perm and without saying a word to me that my hair was too short when she started or at all she took it upon herself to give me a different size perm. Like she literally gave me something I never asked for in fact the complete opposite of what I asked for without consulting me without telling me without asking me and without giving me confirmation she just decided to it and did it. Like the whole time i thought she was doing a loose perm. I didn't know my hair wasn't long enough until after she already done the perm, which at that point it was kind of a fuck you, figure it out on your own, cus theres really nothing that can be done. Specifically I asked for an inch and a quarter perm rod size to be used and even showed her a picture of what I wanted. Instead she gave me some thing like half inch perm rod which instead of making my hair wavy which is what I asked for it made it tight and curly. Now of course this isn't all. I still had a haircut of course she couldn't do even a decent job on that. It looks like shit and there's a bunch of nicks and bald spots on the sides and back. I asked for a fade and didn't even get a fade it's just all the same length. no fade. And don't even get me started on the blend. It's almost like she didn't even try to blend it the hair just drips over the side but not in a good way in a very shitty, ugly, messy and sloppy way and it's not even just that. even the sides in the back have different amounts of hair going down the sides and it's like gaps and it's horrible. She even cut my ear when doing the haircut. Horrible communication, and definitely not good at this job. She does not deserve to be working in this type of environment and sucks at her job she needs to be fired. My hair looks 50 times worse than it did when I walked in. I was so pissed at this lady I was on the verge of crying when I was walking out. Now dont get me wrong all of the other ladies that work there doing an amazing job it's just this one lady. Will never be returning regardless. Unless i would ever like to pay $100 to have someone give me a pure malice of a haircut and fuck it up to a point where it cant be fixed. read more

I had an appointment with Jessica Ann for a cut and caramel highlights. The style I wanted was basically new to me and I have corse dark hair which I knew would be challenging. Straight away she made me feel comfortable and I could tell she was pretty talented from her own style. She also thinned out my hair without me having to ask her. She also explained to me in depth how I can get my hair to lay back and how to style it. I'm super satisfied with her service and the price was within my budget. This place is a joke, not sure about the other locations but do not go to the 1 in warren. I've got my son's hair cut their over the past year around 10 times first one or 2 were rough it was a girl that cut my son's hair I'm really not sure of her name Krust or krisy but she has fake everything you would know what I'm sayin if you seen her...Botox an implants gallore...I'm sure somebody like it but not my style...anyway she cut his head 1st time an messed it completey up an it seem like she was high on something they way she was talkin an ran outside to smoke a cig in the middle of cutting my boys head... so we never came back for a while...I work 6 days a week an I'm a single father an have little time for Xtra stuff so them being open on a Sunday was a big convenience and me having a wedding to go to that following Tuesday ,Sunday being my only day off I could get his haircut so we went back and ended up getting his haircut by a lady named Kidist. She really is the best they got and does a good job. So I would always tip her well brought her food a few times ect. The other girl that cut his head the first time would always try to come up and talk to us but I kind of ignored her and just let her be because of the issue we had the first time we came in there. So one time I got his haircut and came was getting ready to leave and Christy asked me if I could go to the store an buy her a pack of Marlboro Gold in a box. Not really wanting to but I said sure give me the money and she just stared at me for a weird period of time without say anything so I ask for the money again and again she just stared off and ignored me so I looked at kidist and said okay I'll be back later. I guess because I kidist a 10 or 20 dollar tip every time she thought that I was just going to buy her a pack of cigarettes without her paying me for them or saying she was gonna pay me when I got back ..nothin... she is crazy so I never came back that day. She doesn't know that I talked to Kidist on the phone daily an that she told me that she kept telling her to text me about those cigarettes but I told her that I wasn't buying that girl any cigarettes she didn't give me any money and wasn't planning on it and we laughed about it and left it alone. The next week Kidist said that Kris girl made up this crazy story an told the manager about how I tried to come over there looking like I was going to beat somebody up... opened the door an hollered for Kidist but seen kris an turned an jus left...first lie because why would I do that if I KNEW she wasn't workin that day. But Kidist didn't want the drama so she lied to krusty an said that she didn't talk to me anymore. That implant ladie is a liar an snake that thinks she can manipulate anyone because she thinks she gods gift to man BEWARE!! God don't like ugly lady. So today I didn't go in but let my son walk in because I already scheduled a appointment...so after 45 minutes of waiting my son comes out crying sayin the owner said you can't get your haircut an that you have to leave now then walks out to my vechicle hollerin an says we are not welcome here anymore . Don't come back....like tf.... definitely not how you run a business I understand the manager doesn't know everything about the situation but Krusty is a lie an obviously very jealous person with sub standard skills. Kidist always said she would try takin pics of her booty an wanting to touch because Kidist is naturally beautiful an krutys had to pay for hers.
