It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.

He helped me fit everything and gave me tips for tightening anything that needed tightening. The man (Kay) really did well at fitting my needs well and was very kind and we had a very nice conversation.
