I had to go there twice: first time to submit my items worth around $300, second time to take them back the next day. They absolutely DO NOT give/send you a receipt on accepted merchandise, and I requested it twice. The young girl at the front desk has no clue about how to do things and keeps doing that little girl talk "my sister told me" and "my sister said ". She will lie to you about sending the receipt "in a few minutes" and doesn't know how to apologize. Receiving payment from them would be a disaster. BTW the shop is a total mess. read more

I went in with a friend looking for a new dress for a interview, and was not sure what to expect from the outside .I was pleasantly surprised inside. The lady working went out of her way to help us and even recalled they had some new thing in that had not been put out yet. She asked for the size and style of dress and went to the back. She came back with some great options and my friend was able to get a very nice outfit that worked perfect! The shop is clean, has a nice selection and is reasonably priced (they do have a range - good condition clothes at reasonable prices all the way up to the high end labels at a higher price point). I will be stopping in on a regular basis to refresh my wardrobe at a great price point! read more

Having moved to the area less than a month ago, I've been on the lookout for some nice consignment shopping. Sadly, the stores I've visited so far haven't been at all what I'm looking for... until I strolled into Revent' this afternoon. Very well organized, super clean, and fantastically friendly staff! I managed to walk out with an adorable pair of practically new (maybe worn once) leather sandals, an adorable pink top and four or five summer dresses all for around $60!! Everything is in excellent condition and they offer some nice sales/discounts. I will definitely add this to my regular schedule of shops I frequent! read more

I will begin with the fact that it pains me to leave a negative review because I have know Alyssa and her husband's family for a very long time. With that being said, this is a review of my experience working with Alyssa and Revente' Consignment Boutique. In February 2022, I dropped of numerous items at Alyssa's shop. I did not have the items on hangers and Alyssa still allowed me to leave the items with her letting me know "You're good" when I apologized for not having the items in the proper format. Fast forward to December 12, 2022, when I began to message Alyssa, asking her for my consignor's information so that I could check the balance, if any. On December 13, 2022, she replied "Yes, when I get to the store this week. I'm sick right now". No problem. January 13, 2023, I again messaged Alyssa for the information. No reply. January 26, 2023, I messaged again, no reply. I waited a bit and posted a message on her FB letting her know I had messaged her. February, 13, 2023 she messaged me to tell me she "Will check to send. We aren't in the store today this week. I'll have Tatum send when she's in. I have doc appointments so not sure when I'll get it. What's your phone number"? Fast forward to March 1, 2023, I ask for an update. No reply. On March 9, 2023, I reached out on her personal cell, asking for her to please send my consignor info. March 10, 2023, she messaged me back telling me she is just seeing my message. Today, March 14, 2023, I texted her again, telling her I needed my info by the end of the day. I just got a text asking me "What are you needing"?. Now, it is beyond ridiculous. I don't care if I ever get my consignor info or a check but, if this happened to me, bet it will happen to you too. 0/10 Do Not Recommend. read more

The owner, Alyssa, is the sweetest lady. Her store is always full of revolving racks! You will always find something at a minimal price. Please shop local businesses. Just might save a trip to the mall and definitely $$. read more

The prices are good the store clean but the staff is over zealous and they don't allow you a comfortable space to browse. I purchased a few 50% items and while I was checking I encountered a problem. My credit card went through I signed my receipt and while we were baggingmy items I found a stain on one of the dresses. I told her that I did not want the dress while I was at the counter checking out and she would not give me a store credit a refund or anything. I could understood if I left the store and came back but we were both standing right there and I showed it to her. I'm not at all happy with the service that I received and not offering me any consolation so now I'm stuck with the dress for the giant stain on the bottom. In addition I bought a skirt and it had a hole in it when I got home. I could've got this kind of thing at Goodwill. I had assumed a consignment shop would take a little more care and the quality of the clothing would be better. I won't be back and I won't recommend this resell shop. read more

I'm new at doing business with them so my review is moderate now. The staff is friendly I must say and Miss Kayla is too cute. So far they seem very welcoming and doing business with them is stress less. I like how accommodating they have been so far. I would recommend the business to others. read more

I shopped here for several years, before the newest owner took over. I used to love this store and never had any issues. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of fewer, is because I never had any issues with the previous owner/management and the prices are decent. I moved away from Texas back in August. In July, I dropped off numerous clothing items and several designer bags. I informed Alyssa that I was moving to GA and asked if she would be able to send me a check for the items that sold; she said yes. Since December, I have contacted her MULTIPLE times to ask about sending me a check and have even offered to have a friend pick up for me. I RARELY get a response. First of all I find it hard to believe I only earned 8$ from everything that I dropped off, but the main concern is the lack of communication. I had much better luck and communication with another popular resale shop across the bridge in KW and would be dropping/shopping there exclusively if I were still in the area. This place used to be owned by a lady named Ellie and she was great. I consigned with her and it was wonderful. Unfortunately she sold it and the new owner is a huge disappointment. Everything is so over priced and it is hardly upscale. More like garage sale crap. I suggest going to Goodwill instead, because at least you know your money is being used for good. This place is very unorganized and it doesn't seem the new owner is competent to run a business. read more
