I started looking into hats and really loved their selection online. I reached out sharing a picture of my dress and some favorites, asking about customization. They were very quick to respond and very confident in their ability to customize one of the hats that I liked to suit my dress. Throughout the process they contacted me to share material options and then a video of the final product before shipping. Unfortunately UPS lost the hat and I was devastated. I reached out to them, knowing that it was a custom order and we are getting much closer to the derby, to see if they could re-create my custom hat. They were so kind and willing to do so but cautioned me to wait a week or two in case UPS found it. This is so considerate of them, especially because UPS did find my hat nearly 2 weeks after it went missing. Because they advised me to wait I did not have to spend more money and that shows the integrity of this women-owned business. My hat is stunning! I truly love it but most of all I can't recommend enough the communication and service that this company offers. I highly recommend you purchase any hat that you need for an occasion from them!
