Shoes are boring same in every other "boutique" and dresses always have a weird neck line or big pieces missing or too short. Come on get some class. Also the Jeans now days sometime a miss too. Mostly too the workers and own are not nice. I always ask myself why I continue to support a store who is never happy to see us and most of the time doesn't even ask if we need help. Turns out they marked them up about 40% and then sold them for pretty much the same price we saw them on multiple websites, including the Lucchese website. I really hate dishonesty. My friend wanted to return them just b/c of the deception, but their horrid return policy meant she was stuck with them and a bad feeling in her gut for believing a small business in our great downtown area! My experience in detail 1. I'd gone to purchase the whole…read moretuxedo outfit - jacket, pants, shirt, shoes, bowtie. 2. The sales advisor was professional. He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.

With my most recent visit, after walking in and browsing for a few seconds, I was offered help (which I desperately needed). The staff is super knowledgeable and very patient. I was able to knock out the few items I picked out in minutes, and hop in line to make my purchase. Lululemon isn't cheap, but its well made and the girls in my house love it. I bought a belt for my son at the outlet in Allen Texas and spent like $500 on clothing the same…read moreday. The belt did not last even three weeks, it broke. I went to ask for them to exchange it and a manager at the store said that he could not change it because it's already been three weeks and not three days which is ridiculous. I spent $500 and now he's saying that he cannot exchange it so what I'm gonna do is return others clothes that we have the receipt for and I'm gonna get my refund. It is ridiculous $50 belt , and it only lasted three weeks wearing it occasionally, not even every day and they cannot exchange. I will never ever buy anything from there again and I will tell everybody I know that their customer service Sucks big time!!

Lot of great deals for the Christmas holidays shopping. The store is a bit of a mess with clothing…read morethrown over the wracks and some on the floor, but during the holiday season shopping with the crazed shoppers it happens. However, it was a bit disappointing that this location does not carry bras or women's panties as of yet, but were told they soon would be.
