Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

Always a great selection and the store is in good order as it doesn't get hit by waves of tourists that are typical in other parts of Orlando.

Whenever I'm in Orlando, I always make sure to check them out before I leave to go to the airport. So, a pattern I've realized over the years of buying from this brand, is that most items they release ALMOST always ends up in their outlet stores. Essentially the "We Made Too Much" section but in store! Only items that usually don't end up at the outlets are Black Align leggings, Black Wundertrain leggings, & black + white define jackets. Everything else (unless it sells out online before they hit the regular stores) always ends up in the outlet stores. Each outlet store also does their own daily discounts & I've always ended up leaving with at least something whenever I go to this one! Yesterday when I went, they had define jackets on sale for $79 (original price: $128) & the energy bra,my favorite sports bra, for only $19...what a steal! Note: if you are a first responder or military, make sure to create an account so you can get 15% discount. This works for online ordering, outlet stores, and regular store locations. Mother Theresa helped me get my foot measurements and shared her shoe knowledge which I'll be able to always remember. When we entered Disney Springs, we ended up starting over in the right section of Disney Springs towards the Town Center. Levi's Store is right next to the Disney Store. Usual hours are from 10:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M, but make sure to check the Disney World mobile application for hours. When my mom and I entered the store, a team member welcomed us, and let us know to reach out to her if we had any questions or needed help! This store had so much denim available! Levi's also offered hemming, repairs, and even alterations! There are also some limited-editions in this store too! We had fun looking at all of their different jean shorts and pants!
