One of Orlando's main outlet shopping malls. They have a wide variety of shops and outlet stores for some of your favorite brands. I like the Victoria's Secret shop here, comfy and affordable for the name brand. I remember coming here to the Nike shop to get work shoes years ago too. I've spent many summer days walking around the open air mall. Window shopping, shopping for school, then shopping for work. It's still a pastime with my family. read more

This is the second time I visited this outlet mall. There is great selections of stores such as Nikes, Adidas, Victoria Secret, Auntie Annie, Coach, MK, Kate Spades, and many more. Most of the stores that you might have in mind might be already there. The time I went was very busy because Spring Break. But it is to navigate and directory guides are available. The prices are decent- mainly outlet prices which include 10-20% and up to 70% depending on the stores you visit. They will have the prices displayed. You can always ask an employee. As a Floridian who makes it to Orlando a few times a year, I always make it a point to stop at the Disney outlets. There are two outlet centers close to each other--Orlando International Premium Outlets and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets--and both have a Disney Character Warehouse. If you're looking for discounted items for your Disney trip--or you're just a Disney fan--this is definitely the place to go. The price cuts compared to Walt Disney World are huge, and you can save a lot instead of paying those in-park prices. I've been here when it's super quiet, and I've also had to wait in line just to get inside--it really depends on timing. I've found everything from Lilly Pulitzer pieces to great clothing, accessories, and Disney bags. It can be hit or miss, but when you score, it's worth it. If you have kids--or just want to avoid breaking the bank--this is absolutely a must-stop. read more

12 oaks parking is a scam , forcing people to pay $12 to park and placing a pole behind cars when there was no visible sign saying you had to pay before the valet sign is a joke. Came to shop and walked back out to see a rubber pole blocking my car. I got into a full argument with the valet guy who tried to claim the spot was blocked off, I won that argument and will never come back to this outlet. Stores have low inventory and some look like they are going out of business ( off saks especially ) I've not only opened several retail stores as a district manager but have shop this outlet since it opened , well no more. Scamming people to pay to park is disgusting , don't come here . Complete ripoff read more

Public Safety Concern Involving Minors Today at Love Poki in the food court, an individual affiliated with the business recorded 14-year-old girls without parental permission. The video focused on the lower half of the girls' bodies while they were in shorts, and we were told the footage was being used to promote the business. When I questioned why minors were being recorded this way, the individual and the business owner showed us the video and stated it was for promotional purposes. Law enforcement was called. The officer who responded stated that, in his view, no crime had been committed because the recording happened in a public place. Regardless of that initial response, I believe this was inappropriate, disturbing, and unacceptable. Parents should not have to worry about their children being recorded in this manner and potentially posted online for business promotion without consent. We are asking that any footage of the minors be deleted immediately, not posted, not shared, and not used in any promotional content. We will also be following up through the appropriate channels, including mall management, Instagram, and any other available reporting process. This is not about drama. This is about protecting children, respecting families, and holding businesses accountable when minors are recorded without permission. For Florida specifically, the criminal side may depend on things like privacy expectations, but commercial use is a separate concern: Florida law restricts using a person's photograph or likeness for trade, commercial, or advertising purposes without consent. Instagram also has a form to report photos or videos of your child shared without permission. Even after asking law enforcement to ask them not to post this video, he still went ahead and did it anyway. I included the pictures of their Instagram clearly showing it posted. read more

I want to make parents aware of a very concerning incident that happened at Love Poki in the food court. A male employee was recording our 14-year-old girls from behind the business counter. When I approached and asked why they were being recorded, he and the business owner showed me the video and stated it was being used to promote the business. The footage focused on the girls from the waist down while they were wearing shorts. No parent or guardian gave permission for our children to be recorded or used for business promotion. When I expressed how inappropriate and disturbing this was, the situation was laughed off and minimized. Law enforcement was called to the location, and a report was made. Regardless of whether anyone tries to excuse this as being in a public place, recording minors in that manner for promotional purposes without parental consent is unacceptable. Parents deserve to know when their children are being filmed by a business, especially when the footage is focused on their bodies. The officer informed me that the individual posts these images on their social media. I am asking mall management and the business owner to take this seriously, confirm that the footage has not been posted or shared, delete any recordings of the minors, and make sure this never happens again. Even after asking law enforcement to ask them not to post this video, he still went ahead and did it anyway. I included the pictures of their Instagram clearly showing it posted. Generally speaking these are probably the only outlets you will find me at. More specifically, the Robert Graham store here is amazing. No reason to fight online sales since the value and selection is so amazing here. Also, where else can you get a tequila tasting (if you catch it on the right day) when shopping for your RGs? Anyway... the one downside, well, I guess two, but they sort of go together are the crowds and parking. I can't tell you how much I don't like trolling for an opening. Yes, I'll pay the ten dollars, or whatever it is, to go premium on the parking in addition to the outlets! read more

The Orlando International Premium Outlets used to be a great place to visit for discounted goods, especially back when it was just called the Prime Outlets. I found it to be much, much more affordable back then. However, as the years progressed and the outlets got a facelift and expanded, much has changed. While it still remains a good place to shop for discounted goods across varying budgets, there are a few cons. One major one is the parking. Parking here is HORRIBLE - especially during any peak season (or just any given weekend). It is an outdoor mall/outlet. So, in the dead of the summer in Florida heat, this can be a miserable experience, especially with the sheer number of people there on any given day. The overall flow and layout of the outlet is a bit confusing, and there is no real rhyme or reason as to why certain stores are located where they are versus others that may fall into a similar budget category. Typically, check-out times and wait times are VERY LONG as well. So, if you are impatient like me, just do yourself the favor and order to be delivered to your door or for a store pick-up and skip the line. As for the pros, the staff, for the most part, across the varying stores and facilities, are generally nice and helpful. I've had a handful of rude experiences over the years, but nothing to deter me from returning as a customer. The hours, especially during the summer and holiday times, are pretty decent. To avoid MOST of the crowds, I usually opt for evening shopping. I also avoid some of the parking woes when I visit later in the day. There's a wide range of stores, and you can generally find just about anything you are looking for. There's also a decent amount of food options as well at varying price points. If all else fails, just drive up the road and visit Millenia Mall. All in all, the outlets are good to visit when they're less crowded. It can get busy, and the crowds can be a bit overwhelming. So, I recommend going mid-week, either right when they open or just before they close up shop. Really just comes down to your preference. read more

Outlets are cool, unless it's summer in Florida, then it's HOT! That's probably the main drawback it's an outdoor "mall" where you enter the stores from the outside. Think of it as the Motel of Malls. They have tons of stores and probably a little something for everyone. Clothes, Candy, Cooking, Coach, Clogs, Clippers and many other items (I can't list them all). I don't know how much of the merchandise is really "Outlet" stuff, but it's still a good place to shop with a wide variety of merch for any type of shopper. Put on your walking shoes though as parking can be a pain and one store may be way far away from another. read more

Awful and completely disgusting! DO NOT eat at the food court it is infected with cockroaches!!! We bought a coloring book for our son at the Disney character warehouse and went to sit down at the food court so he could color for a bit. Most of the tables and chairs were sticky and when we finally sat somewhere and looked down on the floor we saw all the roaches just roaming around and going in and out of a wall on broad daylight which tells you how comfortable and how many there must be! It's an outlet shopping mall. So a lot what's going to be in this review is expected. However, I've been to better outlets (less crowded, better parking, & cleaner). I came on a Saturday and it was horrible. Savings are okay... you have to really look for it. If you really absolutely want to shop here, My suggestion is if you're a local to go on a weekday. If you're a tourist, skip this outlet and just go to Millennia mall or somewhere nice. Parking: horrendous. Crowded on a weekend. Shopping: extremely long lines & security for some stores to handle crowd control. This is an outdoor mall! Hot outside & inside because lots of people. Food court: AC was weak. Didn't eat there but food is typical. Dirty & hot inside. Crowd: diverse crowd.... Expect the unexpected. I would lock my car & watch my purse. I didn't really feel safe. I will probably never go back to this outlet again because I could most likely find similar savings, feel safer, and have a more enjoyable experience at the mall. Might give it a chance if I'm not rushed or it's not a weekend. read more

Sorry I did not take any photos, was too busy shopping til almost dropping! Great website and map online. This place offers a huge variety of stores that were well stocked. Lots of places to grab a light bite or cold drink, even a fresh coconut drink served in a real coconut. There is even a full sit down restaurant called Ford's Garage that has great food and the temperature inside was nice and cold. Perfect place to cool down in from all the shopping and Florida's summer heat. This outlet is well laid out. I would suggest making a list of stores that you want to visit ahead of time if you are limited on time. Know that most every store I ventured into had an empty chair or two inside in the ac if you would like to rest while your shopping partner is wandering the store. Parking is accessible, and there is even valet parking. Wear some comfy walking shoes and know that there are a ton of stores that are all connected, but you will be walking outside between each store. This place is a very busy shopping outlet, and you will find it worth the visit IMO if you have a long or short shopping list or are just wandering. The food kiosks are disgusting!! I ordered an empanada at one of the Colombian's kiosks. Not only was the empanada cold but he took it, placed it in a 6X6 $10.99 air fryer to warm it up. As we were standing there, two other clients that had bought 2 empanadas bit into theirs and gave it back to the guy to warm. As he puts the bitten empanadas in with my empanada with no shame to his game. What is the world are these people thinking. How gross can this be!!!!! I will never eat at any premium outlets in Florida again! And I don't recommend anyone who cares about what they eat to eat at any of those places. Negative 10 star!!! read more

I accompanied my friend here who was looking for some items for an upcoming vacation. I had no plans to purchase anything, LOL. Of course, I come out with bags and my friend is empty handed. They have a huge parking lot that filled quickly closest to the outlet so we had to park in the back lot which was fine. They have a variety of stores depending on what you're looking for. There weren't any major discounts that wowed us but some small deals. One of the things we noticed and we found hilarious was the multiple mini bar stands in the middle of the outlets selling frozen drinks. This is a good place to go for discounted goods across a range of budgets BUT it comes across as a very disorganized layout. PROS: - Good variety of stores from Disney Merchandise, to Old Navy and Victoria's Secret, to Coach and Gucci - Stores such as Cosmetics Outlet and Perfume Outlet have constant markdowns with scanners nearby. I got my best deals here. - Outdoor with covered canopy area offers good atmosphere. CONS: - Extremely limited parking. Expect to spend 10 minutes trying to find a spot and notice many cars parking on the grass illegally. - It's easy to get lost and many of the sparsely placed directories have broken screens - Bathroom smells atrocious and is in a hot and humid hallway. - The mall closes very early at 7pm. read more

The outlets were next to the hotel, so it was a quick walk. I liked the variety of stores and found it spacious for walking and not crowded. Inside the stores, there were short lines, too. There was a wait to enter a few stores, including Gucci, but I could walk right into other stores. The deals varied, and I didn't find too many things that were a big bargain, but bought a few things that were marked down at least 50%. It probably gets much busier on the weekend, and I didn't see a lot of parking, but they offer valet parking for $15. I didn't use the restrooms but did see a few of them, including in the food court. The food court had a good variety, and we ate at a few places and also got gelato. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. There is nothing at this outlet mall worth the hassle of going there. The placement of the mall on the freeway and the difficulty just getting there are awful. Parking is the worst. Almost all of these stores have the exact same deals, if not better, online. This is the worst outlet mall I've ever been to in terms of crowds, difficulty in entry and exits, poor signage, subpar shared facilities like restrooms and walkways. It's a huge hassle just to get there, get into stores, find something, and pay. This is the shopping version of Disney-- you have to wait all day or pay extra just to go on a few rides. Only here, the rides are shelling out your money for stuff. There is no question people have money to shop from one visit to this madhouse. Just go spend it someplace that appreciates it and wants to earn your business. read more

I decided to hit the outlets yesterday for the first time with my husband because my boss recommended this one and honestly not to impressed this outlet is definitely over crowded. This is more tourist style outlet parking was a disaster! Could barely find any parking we almost left but we decided to do the up front parking I believe it's called. Mind you we were only going to 2 stores. Never again honestly I rather order online. They have a great variety of stores and I mean the store lines were not bad least the two we went to. If you like the outlets this is for you they have Tommy, Nike, H&M, forever 21, Gap etc! They also have a food court which is great and an area for kids to play in! We went here with only one goal in mind.....Disney Character Warehouse. Parking was atrocious as always but luckily we were able to find some open spots in the back near I-4 over by Saks Fifth Ave. Not too bad for a Saturday afternoon. DCW was completely worth it. I bought a discounted Princess Tiana skirt and a limited edition XMen pin. While they had Spirit Jerseys in there they were not my size, bummed but it was still cool for someone who could fit them. We checked out some other stores like Converse, Nike, Under Armour, and the ultimate time-sucker, Bath and Body Works. I spent a lot of money in there and my man smelled every. single. scent. they had. Ate lunch in the food court. Was surprised to see that they had a Paris Bahn Mi as we have one back in my hometown. A young gentleman was passing out samples of their chicken burger and while it was good, I ordered from Sbarro's. Had to get a delicious Spinach Stromboli and yes, it was just as good as I remember. We were tired so we hiked back to the car. I enjoyed my walk with my babe but it was time to go home. Will definitely be back. read more

Parking is a bit of a nightmare especially if you are handicapped but once you get a spot you should have a nice time with all the great places to shop at. read more

This is a pretty standard shopping outlet. Other reviews mention how crowded it can get but on a weekday early afternoon, it was fine. I came with friend just to browse around and waste some time. The collection of stores here boasts something for everyone. It is not all high end stores either: Calvin Klein, Adidas, Coach, Armani, Billabong, Boss, Forever 21, J Crew, Gap, Reebok and many more. Went here to check out the stores, and I found a few of my favorites! Nike, Under Armor, Adidas, and HUK! Good thing we got there a few minutes before the stores actually opened, because when we left about 2 hours later, there was cars going around and around in circles, even following us to our car. My favorite of all the stores was HUK! I'm a fisherman and use HUK apparel, and they had a ton of designs I have never seen before, and most was on sale from 20 to 50 percent off! read more

Huge mall but I did not find any maps coz of which i felt confused and kept coming to the same area again and again. U name it and u have it kind of stores. All stores had huge collections and discount to choose from. Most stores had amazing and friendly associates. Stores like Tory Burch and Movado had great deals. Value for the price I felt in a long time. I felt it was well crowded for a Friday afternoon but it was a holiday season in December. Food options are good but not great. Lots of mini stalls keep offering you samples. A good place to shop. read more

This is an.open air mall, so nice to have so many stores to duck into for some a.c. I noticed, generally, the prices were the same but there was a bigger selection. The food court was pretty basic, but there were other restaurant and food kiosks thruout the myriad of mazes, which was how navigating it felt after awhile. Don't bother with the $5 savings voucher you get upon check in it is not for use at only one store, but multiple store smaller discounts, plus I was informed now it is $10, anyway. They pretty much had everything here, including a gigantic Old Navy, which, even though the plan was to window shop, had prices so fantastic, I could not resist! read more

Just like Disney, this place is horribly crowded and extremely hot. Parking is horrid and is actually worse than Disney. We got lucky and found a space in about 10 minutes; however, I could easily see it taking 30 minutes or more just to find a place to park. So if you MUST come here, might I suggest using an Uber. If there were seriously good deals here, maybe the aforementioned issues could be overlooked. The deals here are no better than you can find anywhere else. It's just not worth it. Plus, because all the stores are Outlets, then there's a slim chance they are original products that didn't sell in the regular stores so they came here, but most everything you find here is specifically made for the Outlet stores and the quality is not as good. Exactly the reason you won't see me buying a Coach or Michael Kors bag here. I'll stick to the "real" stores, thank you. I did find the hubby a few shirts in the Under Armour store, but I didn't get the shirts any cheaper than I could anywhere else. I'll continue to shop at the actual Under Armour store at Disney Springs rather than waste my time here. Go if you must, but instead, might I suggest Disney Springs or The Millenia Mall? Even The Florida Mall is much better than this place! I, for one, will never turn! read more

I don't know why we come to outlet malls... the prices never seem that different than the normal stores. Parking was a bit odd. Some sections of parking you have to pay for, some sections are free. We parked in a free section and came at a good time because there was plenty of parking available. When we left, everything was full. As for the stores, there's the typical ones: Nike, Puma, Adidas, Calvin Klein, Gap, etc. Like I said initially, the prices weren't that great. We bought $10 flip flops. We came during nice weather. Since it's mainly outdoors, I wouldn't want to come during a storm. read more

I have been coming here for years and honestly it is something of a love/hate relationship. There is a nice selection of stores with a variety of merchandise, some deals good, some not so good, and everything in between. Obviously, that is the good. So, what is the bad? Well, it is certainly not bad for the stores, but the place gets extremely busy (Orlando is, after all, the tourist capital of the world) and parking can be an absolute nightmare. Motorists are literally reduced to following people, hoping they are en route to their vehicle with the purpose to exit and make available that precious piece of outlet real estate known as a parking spot. So what is my solution? I arrive just before they open so I find parking, I can wander without the hindrance of excessive crowds and shop without long lines. read more

#40 for 2019 I'm not big on shopping any more. I need something, I don't always need to get the best. From the outside it does not look very big but this Outlet is huge. There are many name brand stores here putting out some very low prices. Careful though, not everything is below marked price. I liked the Champion store having 40% off shirts. The Volcom store was good too with 2 pairs if shorts for $59. I do more online shopping now but it was nice to look around once again. It's a nice place to walk around, maybe taste a little food from the food carts. Has a tropical setting but different from Hawaii. read more
