We went to Walmart to purchase a cellphone charging cord. All of the cords are locked in a glass display cabinet. Michael assisted us with unlocking the cabinet and making sure we got the right charger we needed. He then checked us out before we left the Electronics department. After checking out there, we continued shopping. Because who goes to the store and only get what's on their list, right? After getting everything we wanted, we finally checked out and departed. This Walmart is in a tourist area and has lots and lots of Disney merchandise. Mickey and Minnie Mouse plushies can also be seen perched on a swing that is hanging from the ceiling. read more

Spare your sanity & go literally ANYWHERE else. People working at the actual store seem braindead -- even GM. It started with a Walmart + delivery --where I paid for expedited service. It took this guy 2 hours to collect 13 items, about 30 minutes to check out, and another hour to finally get on the road. I'm literally 2 miles away. I'm watching the map and it says he's finally 4 minutes away... then I get a text saying "delivery attempted." !!!! I text the driver Marcellus and he blatantly ignored me for 20 minutes. Walmart+ said it has up to 48 hours to complete delivery... WHAT AN INANE POLICY when I'm guessing 70% of deliveries are GROCERIES. I had cold & frozen items in my order. I wasn't waiting. I get to Walmart around 11:30 pm just fuming. I will say W+ customer service was apologetic and quickly canceled my order... but then I still have no groceries. Sooo in my pajamas, exhausted, I get my stuff. I check out, I ask for a manager bc idk how a grocery delivery service can let such egregious behavior ride from an employee. He looked at me like I had 3 heads, and wouldn't even turn to face me when I was telling him how crazy unacceptable this was -- given I was ordering FOOD. What if I didn't have my own transportation...? Would it be acceptable to let someone just go without eating bc Marcellus decided he just wasn't delivering my groceries that night & he was aware of the W+ policy that states he has up to 48 hours to complete the delivery????? How many seniors shop at Walmart????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Here's the funny thing, one of my very first jobs 22 years ago was an overnight Walmart associate in KY where I'm from.... I KNOW Walmart policy inside & out. Management & Marcellus basically ignoring a customer goes against pretty much the entire mission statement, employee expectations, all of it. I canceled my W+ membership in the parking lot. I had used it quite often in the past 2 years but oh well. I'm still just blown away. I know I'm not one to mince my words, but I stand by what I said bc there would have been consequences for both the manager & Marcellus at the store I worked at. Looks to be a Walmart that tourists go to get their goodies and any forgotten items. It was a bit crowded when we arrived, so we took a cart from the parking area to the store. The front side had all the groceries, and the produce section was the first thing you see. Unfortunately, like some other Walmarts recently, they didn't have roma tomatoes. Instead, the had other more expensive and a bigger tomatoes available in bags. We were able to get avocados and bananas for reasonable prices though. We did have a bit of trouble finding cooking oils, and after asking some associates, one lead me to cookies, while another bluntly took told me the correct aisle. At least the store looked pretty clean and organized. We didn't go to the the other sessions than the groceries, so didn't see much of toys, electronics, fashion, or other items. We got so lucky to find a checkout counter with an attendant immediately. She acted nonchalant, but still polite enough. They didn't check our receipts after leaving, so we were able to get out without issues. As mentioned, this store mostly cater to tourists. Since it is open from 6AM to 11PM most of the time, it's a quick way to get any items missed or needed. For locals like me, it's pretty packed and can get a bit uncomfortable. At least the place is pretty clean and has cheap goods. Service could be a bit better though. Thus, overall I give it a C+ read more

We only did a grocery pickup here, but it was one of the better pickup experiences I've had. The associate who brought out our order actually opened the carton of eggs and showed me they weren't cracked before handing them to me. That little bit of extra attention really stood out because back home it's hit or miss whether anyone checks. Everything was loaded quickly, the order was correct, and the whole process was fast and easy. Great customer service and a great first impression. I'd definitely use this location again. read more

This Walmart was amazing! Must be the bougee area of Windamere. The shelves full to the brim and the isles were beautifully organized. My only complain was using the restroom and there are no Hooks for your purse . So irritating where do we set our belongings. Every female carries a purse or and cell phone . I'm not setting my bag on the floor either . Please put a hook for our purses. Other than that it was an amazing day at Walmart , even the carts had a drink and cell phone holder! Just checked out at this Walmart. Did self check out right in front of the lady monitoring the lanes. Chatted with her. When I pay it defaults to send me my receipt by text which I approve. Then a man at the door demands a receipt which I don't have because my phone is in the car, but also because it takes about 5 minutes for the receipt to arrive via text even if I had the phone. I couldn't barely understand him and then a manager eventually comes. Because I paid by card, I was forced to wait in line at customer service to get my receipt printed. No one at this Walmart seems to get the point that you can't demand a receipt immediately if your system is sending a delayed receipt via text by default. Really dumb. read more

Woke up early un florida on vacation to order a phone replacement through Walmart delivery.....phone is showing available orders to have it delivered express by 852 am. After the time of delivery has past they text that the item is unavailable and can be shipped to me.....while following up with it can be delivered to be in 45 mins delayed......so I waited another 45 mins mind you cant go anywhere because delivery is hand off. After that I reach out try to call no human answers just rings no I'm nothing so cancel the order to order a different phone.... while I go in to order different phone they are literally advertising the phone I just canceled can be delivered in 27 mins which how if its unavailable. This walmart is great for all of your needs especially if you are traveling here! They have suitcases and luggage and Disney merchandise from t-shirts to hats to rain ponchos and portable chargers fanny backs galore! Even plush Disney characters Also I sae alot of people traveling with taking uber and lifts so it's close enough for that back to your resort or air bnb,And of course you can buy all of your groceries! It's a bit crowded but just prepare yourself when planning to go! Also there is plenty of parking! And also there is a McDonald's and anything else you need is close by even icon park! I came into Walmart stressed from my daughter's car not starting. The team at this location changed the battery no questions asked and let me know the warranty covered it. I had went to auto zone earlier to have battery tested and they said it was fine and changed key fob battery. I had to jump the car 3 times and decided to come to Walmart and I'm so glad I did! Customer Feedback - Auto Repair Service at Super Center Walmart 8990 Turkey Lake Rd, Orlando, Fl During my recent visit to the auto service center,I had a flat front tire and requested a repair. However, while waiting, I noticed that the rear tire was being serviced instead. When I approached the technician to ask about this, he informed me that there was no issue with the front tire and that he had found a screw in the rear tire, which he was repairing. While I appreciate that a safety issue was identified and addressed, I believe it should have been communicated to me before proceeding with work that was different from what I originally requested. Being informed of the change after the fact made me feel disregarded in the process. Additionally, the overall atmosphere among the employees felt tense and unwelcoming. Their strained interactions with each other seemed to spill over into how I was treated, which left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable as a customer. I also couldn't help but notice a noticeable racial divide in job roles--management appeared to be made up of one racial group, while labor roles were mostly held by another. This kind of imbalance can reflect deeper organizational issues and may contribute to the tension I observed among the staff. I hope Walmart takes this feedback seriously and considers both customer service practices and internal workplace culture in any review of this location. I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart but over the last 5 years food products have gone to shit. I recently picked up a few things at the Walmart on John Young and ended up returning them due to the expiration dates. What I had bought was granola bars. Their expiration dates were only a week out but during this particular visit, 90% of their bread had an expiration date of the same day or the end of that same week. I've had these same issues at the Walmart on Turkey Lake also when buying yogurt, milk, beef, and chicken. I always check expirations on these and I couldn't believe everything was nearing expiration and there was no point in purchasing. I have since stopped purchasing any type of food from Walmart. Listen I have never been to a Walmart that provided good customer service. Mediocre at best but good customer service. Never. Maybe it was the time of day that I went; the wee hours of the morning but the lady in the self-checkout area was just so nice! Even the lady in the chip aisle was nice. Now I can't confirm whether or not she works for Walmart or frito-Lay but went to back to verify that the chips I was looking for was not in stock. The Walmart workers back in South Florida would've told me "what's here is what we have". Outside of this, it is the typical Walmart. Nothing special. read more

The best way to describe this Walmart Supercenter is that it is a Walmart Supercenter. Most of us are familiar with Walmart, whether it be the Supercenters all the way down to the Neighborhood Markets, and we have all bore witness to the business model that Walmart has dictated that we follow if we are going to patronize their stores. This might be one of the reasons that I do not go into many walmarts. There are a few things at Walmart that it seems that I can only get at walmart. So I do have to make the occasional visit I guess my recommendation is this, if you have to go to walmart, this Walmart Supercenter is as good as any other Walmart Supercenter. read more

First time coming here, needed a shopping center near my hotel to do some shopping for the next few weeks. Overall this is a pretty fair Walmart. Parking lot is littered with shopping carts, and cars and people in your way. Inside the store, this place has generally everything you can expect at a Walmart. Even found great men's clothing for a heavily discounted price. Wish there was a wider selection of oral care products. Most of it was ridiculously expensive. I have shopped at this location sporadically over quite a few years. It's nowhere near where I live but occasionally I'm in the area doing other things. On this last occasion I had to take my kid for a doctor's appointment and we were planning to do some other shopping in the area. I suggested stopping here to see if they might have some items that our local Walmart does not carry. I have to say that I was quite impressed with the selection of items I found that are not available at the one we shop at in Clermont. I ended up stocking up on several grocery items and resisted wandering through the entire store as I would have probably spent a lot more than I intended. This particular location is extremely busy every time I come here. I usually end up parking further back in the lot. The store itself is easy to get around and if you're looking for something in particular, you can use the Walmart app and it will show you the location of the store where you should find it. I had a handful of items I was hoping to find and did find several of them. If you're in the area this is a good choice for all your shopping needs. read more

This Walmart is located near the attractions in Orlando (mainly Universal Studios) and we had to buy some conditioner for our AirBNB so we were able to stop by here. This is your typical Walmart (I did think it was a bit bigger than your ordinary Walmart) and to match the city, they do also have some Disney goods and merch you can purchase for bargain prices, if you're not trying to buy it at the parks. We were able to go in and out pretty quickly - they had everything we needed and it wasn't as busy as we expected it to be. Again, this was a huge location and we weren't in there for a long time so I can't give the most detailed reviews, but it wasn't a bad Walmart at all! read more

I try to limit my dealings with Wal-Mart. They have a reputation that's well known of having everything you could want under one roof at an affordable price, but never enough cashiers to get you out of there in a reasonable amount of time. This particular Wal-Mart also has a reputation as being one of the busiest locations to shop at due to its location right off of International Drive and in the heart of tourism. With that said, it's generally not that bad in terms of shopping at Wal-Mart. Just go in prepared. Now, about their auto center. I recently went to get my oil changed at their Auto Care Center and I have little else but good things to say about them. The Wal-Mart closest to me was backed up with vehicles, so I went here instead. I was told it'd be a 2 hour wait and got my car back in 45 minutes- Stellar. Add that to the staff who took my transaction and worked on my car being very friendly and it was a great experience. My only critique is that they didn't have Full Synthetic on-hand, but that's probably by happenstance and happily went with the High-Mileage alternative instead. My husband calls this Walmart "the touristy Walmart." There's a ton of Disney merch that is cheaper to buy here than at the parks so many tourists will frequent this location. I would just go in the morning or daytime. We went in the morning and first went to make a return. For one of my item's that I had an return barcode for as I got it from Walmart.com, it would not scan not sure if it was the associate's scanner but her response was "Try another Walmart" instead of calling a manager or entering the order ID associated with it. I asked her if she could even do a store credit and she had a blank impression of "no." My husband and I decided to give up and proceeded to shop around. Huge frozen section and variety of the "caulipower" brand items but they don't sell impossible meat. Good selection of Gardein products though. When we got to the register to pay for our items, I noticed the lady that was unhelpful during my return at customer service went on a break. This was my golden opportunity and I proceeded to the customer service counter with my return barcode. The lady that helped me this time around scanned my barcode and it worked. It turns out I didn't need to try another Walmart for a return, just needed to try a competent employee. I would not come out of my way to this particular location. read more
