Cancelling appointments so they can go on vacation. I had an appointment prior to my mothers surgery because she needs clearance from her dr in order to get the surgery. But because they decided to go on vacation they canceled her appointment and won't reschedule her in time and now I have to reschedule her surgery. It such an inconvenience because she had everything planned accordingly with her other dr and lined it up so we could her during recovery. read more

So not worth it when you feel like Cattle! Bedside manner is bad, he doesn't take time out for patients like his dad did. I just think he has gotten extremely money hungry and so I no longer Go here. His ex partners left also so of course I followed them since they take the time to explain everything that is wrong with you. Dr Cavero (Jr) seems to of lost his edge and just feels that the more patients he brings in the better it is for his establishment. But of course I beg to differ. Its all about how you treat your clients and their health, not about how many can be herded in a day. Ive been coming here since I was in elementary. I want to start off by saying that the female doctor was very unprofessional. I went to her once and the experience was awful. She shamed me for the reason of my visit and didn't bother to escort my mom out when she asked me about personal questions. (I was underaged at the time and I believe doctors are tole to escort parents out when asking about sexual encounters to endure honesty/privacy). The male doctor that's I've had in the past has been great overall. Wouldn't recommend taking girls there for the experience that I've had that causes a traumatic/unprofessional experience at such a tender age. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give this place less than 1 star. I had an accident at work and my primary doctor was out of town, so instead of going to the emergency room I decided to come here (boy what a mistake) to Cavero Medical Group. I was seen by one of their physicians and he seemed Okay. I was given a follow up appointment and so I returned. So here I am at my "3:00" o'clock appointment, and so I sign in. I'm then told to take a seat, and ten minutes later I was called to make a payment (funny how they charge you EVEN before seeing you). It's 4:20 and I get called, but only to be triage. Then I'm told to wait outside the door (so I'm standing around like a schmuck) and twenty minutes later I'm told to have a seat outside in the waiting area (why couldn't they tell me this twenty minutes ago) and wait to be called. Finally my name gets called for the fourth time and I'm placed in a room...... It is now 5:15 and the doctor just walked in. Needless to say, this will be the LAST TIME I EVER come here. I'd rather suffer in pain...or simply die before I come here for medical attention. read more

I have been coming to Dr. Cavero and his staff since about 2010. The doctors, nurses, and other staff have been very courteous, considerate, and helpful. I have had regular physicals, referrals for surgery, visits when ill, and COVID-19 vaccines. The facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable. Sometimes there can be a long wait time including filling out paperwork, but otherwise, I have had very positive experiences and no complaints. read more

Forget this place. I was never made to feel like their patients come first. Come here if you want to wait for hours for what feels like 5 minutes of face time with an actual doctor that's already going out the door before you even notice. Surprisingly, have a very well trained nurses and staff which work hard to deal with mistakes busy doctors create. The latest mixup involved a messed up prescription that the pharmacy was unable to fill as it had not been done correctly by the doctors office. When I tried to call to resolve, it just involved a lot of back and forth with their front desk and my call being forwarded to a doctor that wasn't available to resolve the situation. But with all the waiting and inconveniences you go through when dealing with them, you can rest assured that they won't mess up billing you and your insurance. read more

I came here for a check up once, and so they did the usual routine of taking my blood sample and my height. A couple weeks later they came back with my blood results and told me I had high cholesterol which mortified me considering that I haven't been living on an unhealthy diet. When I arrived back home I looked at the results a bit more only the realize that they gave me the results of another person with the same name but different house adress different medical I.D. and different date of birth. I went back to let them know that these aren't my results. And low and behold I got my accurate results back. I'm glad (not really) that the incompetent staff handles sensitive information so loosely. It's almost as if they're really comfortable (a little too comfortable) with their jobs or something. read more

Been here a lot growing up, as an adult now I am still going here. Seeing how everything goes it's quite understandable how timing is an issue. But again it's still a beneficial place. They've helped me through many problems I had. Like recently when I was on big pain. They didn't hesitate to easily come up with a compromise between patience. I never seen staff being rude every time I've been there. And I've been there a lot! I do rate it in between because wait times are incredibly long sometimes. read more

This is by far the worst clinic .. the staff is not courteous instead insensitive, sarcastic unprofessional individuals , the doctors especially Dr Luis J Angarita are short and don't take time to explain in detail you medical issues. Quick to take your "co-pay" before waiting 3-4hrs to see a doctor even having an appt. The conversations that the staff have in front of patients are of their personal issues which include subjects of volgur nature. The staff lacks motivation to attend to their patients needs. Brought my grandmother here because she insisted, Place is nice, except for the 100 people sitting there waiting for 6 hours to get seen. Then you have receptionist who have nasty attitudes, and nurses who dont give a damn, Doctors gave my grandmother a wrong diagnostic, saying she was anemic, well guess what i took her to my doctor, and she has no anemia problems, This place is just horrible, Im planning on suing them for giving my grandmother the wrong diagnose, and telling her to take iron when not needed. Only two doctors worth seeing, other than that the place has awful service and has sadly not improved. I have been coming here for years only when I need to be professionaly looked at. No matter how many people there are it will always take 3+hours just to attend to one person unless you have an appointment. Even then it's not guaranteed you'll get seen by the doctor right away since they have you wait in the rooms. read more

4 hours I waited.I came in as a walk-in, however when I asked the receptionist how many out of the three doctors were on duty she replied 1! Are you kidding me!!!! This place is packed!They don't care, they will make mad money regardless of their service.treating people like cattle. People kept complaining that the waiting room was too cold. The chairs are so uncomfortable.If you know you will have people waiting for hours on end hey at least provide a nice environment. Oh and after all that the doctor wasn't very helpful. You wait long to get a room and when you finally get a room you wait even longer to be seen by a doctor. The nurses are antisocial and rude, I know Spanish and I could hear them goofing around during chit chatting like they have no work to be done. I see doctors just walking around. This has been my doctor for the past 6 or 7yrs not by choice though. I only go when I'm really sick. Well after having a fever for two days & vomiting I decided to go in. Since i had recently switched insurance they didn't take I decided to pay the full amount to get seen(yes I felt that sick) I waited 4hrs to get seen by Dr. Bustamante, I told her I thought had a sinus infection & my headache pain was at a 10 she told me that was impossible because "10 is considered labor pain, you should go to the hospital" I told her no I had already paid & waited 4hrs so then she tells me I need a pregnancy test so I went to the bathroom but I had gotten my period so I didn't take it. She never came back the medical assistant just handed me two prescriptions & that was it. No one explained what they were for how long I had to take them nothing. Whatever I knew I needed antibiotics so I was happy to get out of there, dropped off my prescription & went home to get some rest. My mom went to pick it up & called me that it was going to be another hr before I could get my medication because what she had prescribed me had penicillin (severely allergic) let me remind you I have had infections before & gone to Cavero & never have been prescribed penicillin. So why was I prescribed penicillin? Because she didn't bother to read my chart! I will be contacting a lawyer because if it wasn't for my mother making sure like she always does when I get antibiotics I wouldn't be here to write this review! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you want to get killed! Wish I could give it zero stars! read more

This place doesn't even deserve a one star but it's required in order to post a review. First off the waiting room is always packed with at least 20+ people waiting to be seen so the wait is always going to be at least 2 hours. Secondly the stupid doctor that I was forced to dealt with Dr. Guadalupe Bustamante is the worst and should be stripped from her medical license as she starts running all these unnecessary medical lab tests even though you're just there to treat a cold, she'll even prescribe you anti-depressants like if she's a psychiatrist or neuro! You always see a bunch pharmaceutical reps coming in & out of the office which explains why she's so happy on prescribing all sorts of crap! Oh and when I took my son there for a physical, she began scolding me for choosing not to have him vaccinated. She's a scum bag to say the least because there's no other way to describe her unethical practices which should be put under investigation. read more

This place is horrible I came in for my sports physical for school and they had to apparently take my blood and I had to PEE IN A CUP. i don't know if that bothers anyone else but I had to PEE IN A CUP. In a f**king cup and it took three hours just to get a few dashes on a piece of paper. Don't come here this place sucks so badly. Plus the people working there were disrespectful and inconsiderate, plus the doctor (male) that helped me called me fat and made all of this happen I hope he has a horrendous day. read more
