There are now limited chairs in the waiting area and I do appreciate that as it says that they are following CDC guidelines and that in itself says a whole lot since the neighborhood is highest incidence rate in Chicago. I am glad to see that my Dr is doing his part to make sure the citizens of Chicago are safe and that we can somehow find a way to normalize what has been thrust upon us and that is this crazy pandemic. I am impressed enough to give e the office a 5 star which is rate for me, but keeping masks on, disinfecting and showing social distance guidelines is what I needed to see.

They do take care of your needs and answer any questoins you may have. The place is really nice and you just have to make sure you follow what the doctors tell you because this is coming from your work site as far as payment is concerned. The receptionist at the family waiting area was very sweet and kept us updated on our patient, his surgeons were very nice and explained everything in detail. They gave him an anti anxiety medication to help calm his nerves, and also gave him an anti nausea patch. The transportation guy, Malcolm, was also very sweet and gentle with him. As we drove through neighborhood to get to the site, I was a bit concerned. The error appeared a bit "unsavory" for a doctors office. What's that about not judging a book by it's cover.... The staff was indeed very nice. He was seen immediately. His service was performed and he was escorted back to my waiting arms (smile.)
