I have been here quite a few times at this point, and it has always gone well for me here. At both of those the lines are long or out the door long, which is never the case here. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient, from the dude i assume is the manager, to the more recent females. No one is frazzled and salty. There is lots of parking, and it is an easy in / out situation, with a traffic light relatively close if one wants assistance getting back out onto the main road. While you are here consider visiting the nearby Saint Paul's Thrift Shop, 1321 Sunshine Ave, grabbing a tasty chicken sandwich at the Popeye's with the zany employees, or doing some pedaling on the adjacent Wildwood to Leesburg ( "Fountain Trail" ) bike path, that crosses route 44 with the many flashing yellow lights.

I inform him they are steel pipes. He says fine. Throws my receipt on the counter. I say I gotta grab more from my car. Come back in he's talking poorly about me and the package. I explain it said no box necessary and they can repack it if they want. He argues with me. Just. Rude through the whole interaction. It looked awful, of course, so my wife brought it to Bill Butler's Headliners to get an estimate. The price was reasonable, so she arranged a day to have it down. He called to confirm the color of the headliner as beige. It sounded right to me, but I was surprised he hadn't confirmed it for himself visually when he had it in front of him. Well, with my memory, it turned out I was thinking of our other vehicle, and the new headliner was a different color than the rest of the interior. But the new headliner was tight and perfectly installed, and it actually went well with the original color, so for a 20-year old vehicle, we were fine with it. We had planned to get a new minivan, but we decided to keep driving the old one. We need to have the headliner of our other vehicle replaced next (darn this relentless Florida heat!), and we will bring it to Butler's. But even though that car is also older (2005) it is the only vehicle we have ever bought that was brand new and we still love it, so if he calls about the color this time, I will be sure to drive it over for him to eyeball for himself! The work itself I know will be of the highest quality.
