Arrived at 11:00 a.m., Thurs. 01/30/2014 with my Compaq Presario laptop with multiple issues. Received a call that same afternoon 5:15 p.m. that my laptop was free of its virus and many other quirky problems, like typing words backwards, screen resolution changing size, computer screen freezing, etc. Happy to say that my laptop is working great!! Being a golfer, I will borrow the PGA Tour's advertising logo and say, "These guys are Good". My only regret is not having taken my laptop in sooner. Allowed a scammer to take control of my computer. Call the Lady Lake Office. They were aware of the scammer and how they operate. Worked on my computer and got it back the next day. Some files were missing but, Mike and the crew were able to successfully reload everything back in less than an hour. GREAT group, friendly and knowledgeable.
