Service was very friendly and information. They have some great displays making it easy to examine the craftsmanship. Great local shop definitely check them out and the greater Dewitt mall. It's a cool little spot, like a time capsule.

Went from $70 up to $100 when they decided to replace the battery in the in-body tuner without even asking. Ugh. Never again. The owner, Tom, is a friendly and helpful guy. Hours are "usually" 11-5, but it's best to call first. "Ithaca's headquarters for djembes, congas and all types of hand drums. Expert repair service on site." (I forget where I got this quote, but I had it in my contacts for this shop.)
