I also feel that overall they are overpriced for what you are receiving. At times I have no choice but to go there to get some items that I regularly use so there is a time and a place for GNC. I have been checking out other places and other than the GNC brand I have found better prices and quantities of the supplements I'm looking for. Hopefully I'll be able to limit my exposure to GNC if not eliminate it completely from my life. That wouldn't be such a bad idea. That wouldn't be such a bad idea. What's a girl to do? When you need something, you tend to go to the closest place there is to get the first sight item that you want.

I have been a regular Customer to GNC for many years now. I went to this particular location to…read morepurchase 1 item and was charged 4 times for the item. When I called their customer service, I was told I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for an investigation due to problems with their system. Mind you, it was a good chunk of my money that they took from my bank account without my permission. So I asked how I was going to be compensated for the inconvenience as they were holding onto MY money that they were not authorized to take and for the stress that they were causing me. I was offered $10 off my next purchase, which obviously isn't an even trade. I waited a week and didn't hear from anyone so I called the store manager, who was very rude and treated me like I didn't have any right to ask for my money back. In the end he offered to give me a refund, but when I went into the store, again he was very rude and dismissive. I would highly recommend going to any other GNC store to avoid unnecessary extra charges, stress, and rude treatment. It was like they wanted to steal my money and give me attitude because I refused to let it go.
