A young lady answered the phone, and as soon as I started talking, she hung up on me. I called back two or three more times, then she answered and yelled at me into the mic "NO CALL LIST NO CALL LIST". Then hung up again. I am a customer. She hung up on me and yelled at me. I literally said nothing that she was able to hear other than starting to ask a question about items in stock. I literally did absolutely nothing to warrant that response I would very much appreciate management or ownership to contact me on this. I have shopped at the store before, but it's been years. I remember there being great prices and good service. After the way that employed treated me, I don't think I ever wanna come back except to try and talk to management. That woman should not continue working for you, unless you make VERY clear how she should conduct herself. And if for some reason her behavior is something you're OK with, then don't worry. I'll just make sure everyone else knows that too. Also, reading through the Google reviews, it appears I'm not the first person that this woman has grossly mistreated. Absolutely outrageous that she is still working there after months of this behavior.

If you haven't read my past review I'll leave a quick tib here. STORE Cute, lots of room to sit, well lit, and have nice high quality taste testers. PRICE: Cheap prices of high quality juices and hardware. Now for the change. The last review I left I had some negative things to say about the employees. Today I came back to get some wire when I got to see the manager. We spoke about my past review and she was happy to receive some of my critical feedback. She told me she'd look into it and told me she'd talk to the employee about it. Overall, very satisfied and i'm happy to come back and get whatever vape related here again.
