It took about 2-5 minutes once I laid down, and I think I was in the facility for 15-20 minutes total...most of that AFTER the injection while we waited to see if I was okay. The only reason I don't give more stars is that I didn't know what to expect from the shot (1 star). Didn't know how long it would take to kick in. What to look for as it worked or didn't work. And what to do next depending on whether it worked or not. And the doctor who did the injection said he could do 2 more facets and likely give me more relief...if I wanted. I said "sure!" But as far as me or my doctor are aware, he didn't do those. He stuck with the referral to do only one...and likely his suggestion was just part of the banter. (1 star). In hindsight, one more would've been nice. I normally would've double checked everything myself but due to the pain I wasn't really in the right headspace.

CDC has added considerable stress to an already stressful situation and I'm disappointed that they are following in AHS' footsteps where client care is concerned. Went for knee pain, he…read morebasically convinced me to NOT ask for an MRI, several months later go in for same problem and he reads from HIS notes that I REFUSED an MRI. Claim ends up thru WCB, after literally months of back and forth trying to get them to simply give the file to WCB I find out that in my file he had written down the wrong knee having issues! Apparently they can't accept email, everything has to be by fax?! They said they never got faxes, never got letters, even after I could confirm that they did. Go get the MRI, I call them a week later to ask if they got it... they tell me no, but the doctor will call me right after they get it... the next day WCB calls they got it on the Friday before and have already had a doctor write a report. I give Excel 3 more days, I call and they lie to me saying they only got the MRI yesterday! Doctor still hasn't called. It's not just a single doctor, it seems they have their front staff lying to clients and very hard to work with. I emailed them asking if they would take a complaint before I posted this.... they haven't bother to respond.

Then I'm taken back to one of the patients' rooms and have to wait another 30 minutes before the dr. comes in. After explaining my issue and history with back problems, and how I've never had any sort of scan performed to get a deeper understanding of what might be the cause, I'm told to take muscle relaxants, watch physio videos on YouTube, and wait to see what happens. Wow, I should've been a doctor... Even after confirming my name when he walked in, the dr mistakenly pulls up another patient's information on his computer and is glancing at that throughout the visit, mentioning how I've been on another medication previously for pain (which is not correct because he's not looking at my file). All this is realized as I'm walking to the pharmacy afterwards however, as I was ultimately handed a prescription with someone else's name and insurance info on it. So, I've just been told about another patient's personal medical history with pain meds and have the ability to use his name and insurance to get a prescription... By this point the dr had already began assisting another patient, so I'm told by staff to wait AGAIN until he's finished so the prescription can be corrected!! Brilliant. Decided I had enough of my time wasted and walked out. Stunned by the mismanagement and inefficiency of this clinic.

So I decided to go this place . My physiotherapists was PT Sam. He did a wonderful job, he did thorough assessment to find the root cause of my pain , then he did dry needling , it immediately relieved my pain going down to my arm and hand. With help of TENS machine and hot packs it relaxed my neck muscles , he did manual therapy to release the tension in my neck within 3 visits . Then he provided with me some exercises which was very easy to follow and remember and very effective at same time . I am still doing it at home.
