Since my initial consult I have made two appointments (teeth cleaning + 1 minor filling) and the service was great. Quick and easy. I will continue to see Dr.Hussein for all my dental needs. Not only is she very knowledgeable but is just a really kind and caring person. Fantastic dentist.

And then when she went again because she was in a lot of pain, they gave her extra freezing in the wrong nerve. She couldn't breath, started shivering, had to be taken to ER. Dr. Hussein is trying to get in as many patients as she can before she goes for her maternity leave. Very incompetent staff!

Robin, the front desk associate was very professional, easy to talk to, offered to retrieve our records from our dentist in Kelowna to mitigate the cost of various x-ray etc. On my first visit I met the hygienist, Tiba and she is absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, gentle in performing her task and she made sure that I felt as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend to have TIBA to be your hygienist at this clinic. The same impression made on me Dr Gill. Although the visit with her was limited to meet-and-greet, I had this feeling that she truly cares and don't push onto you unnecessary treatment.

We decided to try Expressions Dental (formerly Petra Dental Group) because they take walk-ins and emergency appointments. They told us to come in right away (My Mom's regular dentist, whom she's been going to for the last 20 years, said the earliest they could get her in was Monday night at 7pm). As soon as we got there, we were greeted by two lovely ladies at the front who had us fill out some information. Within 5 minutes, my Mom had already gone in to see first the dental assistant Casey, and then the AMAZING doctor, Dr. Lori Gee. Dr. Gee suggested she pull the tooth, which she did, and scheduled a follow-up appointment for one week later, which will be free of charge. 3 X-rays, 1 tooth pulled and a follow up appointment ended up costing $295, which is EXTREMELY reasonable, considering my Mom's regular dentist charges $200 for the Xrays alone. It's now been 2 days and my Mom is feeling a lot better. If it wasn't for Expressions Dental, she would have spent the entire weekend in bed with unimaginable pain. Thanks to this great place, she's now already half-healed. We've officially made the switch and will no longer be returning to our regular dentist, because let's be honest, loyalty is one thing, but foolishness is another. The team at Expressions Dental is one of the best I've ever encountered in a dental office and because of their professionalism, accomodativeness, expertise and affordable prices, they have gained a valuable customer. If you're unhappy with your current dentist, I strongly urge you to give the fine people at Expressions Dental a try. You and your teeth will thank me :)

I understand that they have a strict cancellation policy. However if a strict policy is in place then the staff should be accommodating to the patient to ensure that they are not being pushy or pressuring patients. There is a difference between being assertive and aggressive. I found that the person who helped me that day was aggressive. I tried to forward my concern and was sent to deal with Carla who actually made this by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was very rude and condescending and when I tried to speak to anyone else she refused to help me to resolve the issue. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and never had such a bad experience with anyone. Really unprofessional. So my advice to anyone thinking of going here is to think about how little it much you will deal with the office during your potential treatment and how much this may make a difference. I have dealt with Family Braces in Beacon hill and Todd Lee Knight as well as Cory Liss in the process of getting opinions, appointments and treatments and found that although the orthodontists were also really great the STAFF were amazing, kind and very professional.

We were told that my son would have invisaligns for one year and he would have a great smile. After…read moreone year the dentist said he still needed fine turnings so we decided to go ahead with the next set . After being reevaluated they wanted to do another whole year of invisaligns. Hugely disappointed!! And then we were treated badly when we said that we were not willing to go another year and had the nubs removed from his teeth. We never received the two retainers that we were suppose to get instead we were told to just put in the two existing invisaligns in at night even though the nubs on his teeth were removed and the invisaligns wouldn't stay on. Anyways for the 7 grand it cost us we were very disappointed!!!!
