Of all days, the furnace stopped working 1/7/2026, 2 days before a big storm came in w/feet of snow...and the gas fireplace turned its self off, too! Jim was going to take the snow day but when he learned she had no heat source, he chugged through the snow on unplowed roads and quickly figured out the issue! This guy won't just tell you that you need a new furnace just because he wants to make money. Honest HVAC guys are hard to come by. This will be my guy if I ever need anything! It took the technician 15 minutes to finally the leak.-- my hot water heater-- and they replaced it the next day flawlessly. I'm not sure why Jake couldn't find a hot water heater leak since they are common and my HVAC wasn't even turned on at the time that I found the leak.
