I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. They came in a crew of 3 and in less than 1.5 hours, my house was cleaned. The size of my house is approximately 1024 sq. ft. I will definitely use them again. They do not clean refrigerators. Communication is a key essence so prior to them coming out, be sure you discuss "all that you anticipate or would want". After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.

I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

We have video on the rain pouring down between a gap in the gutters that was not properly sealed when installed. Stay away from this business unless you are ok with no follow-up if there are issues with the quality of the product and installation.

They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore! Many of my guests noted how great the exterior looked and a few asked if I had recently painted. This was so affordable. Stellar job!

Worse, I received a $150 gift card for the deep clean, then was told that we'd have to pay an additional $100, despite the gift card stating it was all included. We were also told we'd get to keep the equipment used after our cleaning... we don't have a mop. For four hours, only one person cleaned our house. Literally nothing quoted via email, spoken about over the phone and written on my gift card were completed except a thorough vacuum, the window sils and some of the blinds quickly wiped down and 3/4 of the floors were mopped. And the bed was made. She even had the nerve to tell us that we owed her another hour because it took her longer than she expected. Beyond disappointed. I clean better than this and I will never use this service again.
