It's one thing for them to be out of it and the market on the prescription but to send out my prescription for 90 pills only containing 60 pills is absolutely assploding incompetence. As an FYI there are some pills if they shorted you can't get the rest of your prescription no matter what you do, so if this happens to you you're screwed. Count your pills!

Went to pick up prescription at the pharmacy, the tech asked if I needed to drop off or pick up,…read moreask my name and other info and then said that I had to sign in on the monitor. The same questions she just asked me. What?! She eventually walked over and stood in front of her screen and said she is waiting for the same info I already gave to her to appear. How stupid. It took longer to do this. Plus the monitor is huge and anyone could see my info 3 isles away, this is a privacy issue for sure. I have been with this pharmacy for 43 years.. no more I'm done. I'm sick of snarky techs and self checkouts. I will be switching to a non chain pharmacy with person to person contact and friendly staff. Where the customer feels appreciated.
