I came here about a month ago and got an amazing massage from a lady that has prenatal massage experience who told me her name was Ava. I called in today and asked if I could get a massage from Ava and they told me she Was no longer there but had another experienced person who could do a prenatal massage for me. I drove 30 minutes and was greeted by a very rude receptionist who I told I was expecting to get a prenatal massage. she said okay, then pointed at the menu and asked me what I wanted off the menu. I told her again that I needed to get a massage from someone experienced cause I'm almost in my 3rd trimester. the lady was getting frustrated and called the manager or owner and they went back and 4th about 3 different times. Finally she told me "I'm just an employee and don't know how to answer your questions here talk to the manager" and handed me her phone. The Manager told me to just get a Swedish massage and the therapist would go light on me, I said "okay but does she have experience massaging on pregnant women. she told me "yes she does you will be fine" I've been in a lot of pain today and had such a good experience last time I decided to give this new therapist a chance. The receptionist takes me to the room I get undressed and lay on the table. The receptionist comes in TO GIVE ME THE MASSAGE. I said wait your the one giving me the massage, I asked you eairler if the therapist has experience massaging pregnant women and you obviously do not or you would've said Something. Then she yelled at me and said "Do you want massage or not" I said I felt like I needed to leave cause they obviously don't have my best interests in mind. she said pod in the room for a sec while I started getting dressed and called the manager on the phone and just started screaming histerically on the phone, incredibly loud. Another therapist came in and asked me if I was okay. I said no and ran out the door as fast as I could. This was a terrifying experience for me and I am very glad I spoke up and didn't let an inexperienced deranged person massage my body. she was rude from the moment I walked in that door and the Manager/owner should take more into consideration what they tell people over the phone instead of just trying to get bodies through the door. Never coming back ever again. These people do not have your best interests in mind. read more

No one I saw here the day I went was able to show a license in their name to give full body massages which they will try to sell you on. I came for a foot massage after reading the good reviews here and the front desk person who was nice and spoke good English assured me that's what I'd get and to wait for the masseuse. When the lady took me back they ended up giving me a full body massage and because the therapist didn't speak English it was difficult to communicate that that was not what I wanted or asked for plus you are in a compromised state. In the end I left greasy, unhappy and forced to pay the higher rate for a massage I never wanted. I'd definitely do not recommend this place. read more

I just left this business and am currently sitting in my car in the parking lot out front. I had to write this review before heading home. I do not recommend this place. I would NEVER come back. I found this place here on yelp. The reviews were not bad and it's not very far from my home so I thought I'd give it a try. First of all when I walked in I inquired about a foot massage the lady just shook her head yes ,& walked away and I heard her say Lady, Lady, Lady, and she poked her head around the corner and looked at me and motioned me to follow her. I should have left then. My gut told me, "what the heck?, girl get outta' here, that was weird!" But.. I followed her into a dimly lit area with three separate massage tables with little stools at the bottom that I assume she was going to sit on to massage my feet. She motioned me to sit down which I did, and then she disappeared. She was gone a little over 10 minutes and came back with a clear bag of water that she then put into a larger pot & had me place my feet inside. I thought this was a part of a foot massage prep. She then told me to lay down. I told her no ma'am I only want my feet massage she motion for me to lay down so I did as instructed thinking OK maybe I need to lay down for the foot massage. No that's not what was going on. She walked to the head of the bed and began massaging my temples my face and put her hands in my hair, to give a scalp massage which in another case I might have enjoyed but I just got my hair done and I don't want you in my hair I don't want you touching my scalp!! I tried to motion to her that no this is not what I want. She kept going. She then went down to my neck. Mind you she slathered her hands in a big bottle of Jergen's lotion that she had sitting on the side in plain view of me. I again spoke and said no ma'am I only want my feet massaged. I don't know if there's a language barrier or she doesn't understand with the word no means but she can continued to with the massage, which was not pleasurable at all. I was not in any pain, but it definitely was not soothing. She finally worked her way down to my calves and then to my feet the total time spent on my feet I kid you not, may have been five minutes I specifically came here for a foot massage. There was no inquiry on what I wanted as a customer, there was no paperwork I had to fill out for any physical issues I might have been encountering as done with other places I've been to. I was not even asked which time limit I wanted but she did tell me in the beginning it was $25 which I thought is reasonable. By the time she did everything she had done and we got to the counter she said it was $35 OK fine, I didn't even feel like discussing it. This was a complete WASTE. I'll just count this as a $35 plus tax lesson learned. I had second thoughts once I arrived and had a visual of the place. Always go with your gut feeling. If YELP had an option to give Zero stars, I would have chosen that option. read more

Amazing spa! My sister and I tried CC's for the first time today, and it was well beyond our expectations. Tony and Julie own the salon, and they were both amazing. They were professional, pleasant and applied just the right amount of pressure. The salon is very clean, and all precautions were taken to keep us all healthy. We've tried other foot spas in Bellaire, and the foot massage spa off of Ella. CC's is by far the best foot spa we have ever visited.
