Over the past 31 years as a family we have interacted with many a service provider. Mostly we have had great experiences; however, I, personally, have never experienced the genuine disappointment and dismay that Craig emanated in his phone call nor have I been so generously repaid. My apologies go to Craig and Jack (who is in my home doing the repair) for the angst.
