Unbelievable confusion, constant miscommunications....I was cancelled for non-payment of a $68.00…read moreper month payment which was supposed to be on auto pay. When I asked why I wasn't contacted about a pending cancellation......I got a predictable "Well, we tried to call you..." of course I have no messages from them. They further stated that there was a payment that was denied which my bank has NO record of even an attempt of payment made. Then it was a "Well, Corporate handles that so we don't really know..." Ya. When all else fails, blame the "big man", lol. At least my California Fair Plan is all good as I search for an Insurance Company that is as good as my State Farm. Maybe I am spoiled after all, I've been with them for 25 years and never a problem. State Farm doesn't write home policies so.....the search continues.

She spent more time trying to school me on why I didn't call her back sooner instead of handling her job and getting my buisness. On top of that in the quote I told her I had a wood burning stove and she changed that I had it because Farmers wouldn't insure.
