When they showed up they only mowed about 1/4 of my lawn and didn't even pick up a trimmer but took pictures making it seem like the whole thing was mowed. The part they did mow got terribly scalped. After I got back I texted them and never got an answer till I wrote a review. Instead of an apology and explanation they proceeded to argue with me and said I don't know anything about mowing. DO NOT use this company they are a fraud.

I requested an aeration back in April 2024, and never heard from this company until they showed up…read moreunannounced on October 10th (6 months later) and aerated my lawn without my consent. They did not try to contact me in advance to let me know they were coming so that I could plan ahead. I was planning to mow my lawn this weekend for the last time before winter sets in, but now I have to wait 2-4 weeks before I can mow again. My grass is overgrown because I have been busy, but if they at least had the professionalism to call me to set up an appointment I would have made sure it got mowed before they came. Now it has to stay overgrown for another two weeks. I'll never use this company again. Edit: I live in central Iowa, and so I don't know why it's showing my location in San Francisco.
