When they showed up they only mowed about 1/4 of my lawn and didn't even pick up a trimmer but took pictures making it seem like the whole thing was mowed. The part they did mow got terribly scalped. After I got back I texted them and never got an answer till I wrote a review. Instead of an apology and explanation they proceeded to argue with me and said I don't know anything about mowing. DO NOT use this company they are a fraud.

Landlord picked this company. He got here, and asked me where the problem was. I was explaining…read morethat I, just for an idea, told the landlord it looked like maybe early signs of termites but that I wasnt sure of it, all I was sure of is that there was something. He barely even looked anywhere. Kept asking me to point out what I was seeing. He didn't even have a flashlight. He was using his phone. He didn't look in any cupboards, under sinks, cracks and holes not inspected. he did be sure to clarify that he only treats for bugs whatever that looks like. He said a smidge on the ceiling was a hole, I said it wasn't it was a smudge, that looked exactly like an exit spot would look, and he just "meh" d' me and walked away. so, I guess I'll be learning a whole bunch about pests, types, what to look for, where to look for, and sending the proof if I do indeed have a critter or critters. I am not impressed or satisfied. the punctuality was alrigt and he was considerate about my animals and the insecticide.
