When they showed up they only mowed about 1/4 of my lawn and didn't even pick up a trimmer but took pictures making it seem like the whole thing was mowed. The part they did mow got terribly scalped. After I got back I texted them and never got an answer till I wrote a review. Instead of an apology and explanation they proceeded to argue with me and said I don't know anything about mowing. They did not try to contact me in advance to let me know they were coming so that I could plan ahead. I was planning to mow my lawn this weekend for the last time before winter sets in, but now I have to wait 2-4 weeks before I can mow again. My grass is overgrown because I have been busy, but if they at least had the professionalism to call me to set up an appointment I would have made sure it got mowed before they came. Now it has to stay overgrown for another two weeks. I'll never use this company again. Edit: I live in central Iowa, and so I don't know why it's showing my location in San Francisco.
