Angelika creates a well-thought out design for each room, and then finds pieces that are very unique and stunning- things I could never have found on my own. She has an amazing eye both for the design and selection, but also for the all important accessories that really make the look. She personally came to my home multiple times to make sure the accessories were all perfectly placed (not leaving me to figure it out on my own). She also has a high commitment to customer service, especially when you encounter a problem. We had to send back a media cabinet several times to a custom cabinet maker, who was not following the defined specs. Finally, on the third try, she took the cabinet out of our home, refunded our money, and dealt with the issue on her own time with the cabinet maker, so we wouldn't have to deal with it any further. Additionally, she found a media cabinet that was even better than the custom one we ordered. We are absolutely thrilled with our home and I would use her again in a heartbeat!

It's been six months. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had the same thing happen. She had an Etsy store called My Haute Stuff, @Handmade Hut and I ordered a number of custom curtains. She told me to pay through PayPal, rather than Etsy, and as soon as I did she closed her Etsy store. She gave many excuses for my curtains bring delayed, and, after six months of hearing every excuse in the book, and never receiving a single thing, I asked for a full refund. She stopped responding all together. Because of her process in having me pay her directly and then closing her shop immediately, I think this may be a regular scam of hers, involving shops of different names. Her name is Marcy C Andrew, of Meridian, ID.
