During the work he cancelled out of a few days in which he was supposed to come over which caused the work to back up. I took a few things off the to-do list to make it more realistic. Since he was running out of time, he began to hurry thru the remaining few items taking shortcuts and not finishing them correctly. I did not notice until he was done. After I saw them I ignored those items and asked him if he could stop out and finish 1 small item he could not get to. He said he would and then sent me the bill. I paid the bill in full thnking he would honor his word and stop back to fix it. (it was actually something he caused when he was fixing something related to it.) After I contacted him he promised to come over several times and gave me dates and times he was going to stop but has failed to show every time. He doesnt contact me at all. He did say, only because I asked him, if he had charged me for that and he said 'no'. I told him I would pay him for the extra work to be fair to him. Still nothing!! In summary if you want A+ work on everything from beginning to end he might not be the guy for the job. If you are willing to overlook small mistakes and possibly unfinished work then he might be the guy you want. He also told me he would send a link to me so I could give him a review . We had him paint some of the walls yellow, which is a terrible color in terms of coverage, and the paint he used turned out awesome in just two coats (I have painted yellow before and three coats didn't do the trick). He made suggestions to help keep costs down and the final result feels so much cleaner and brighter than the builders grade paint that was here before. It's been a few months since the work was done and the gutters have not leaked since. At least one location was really hard to get to, but Brian took the time to think through solutions and got it done.
