No missing spots, no drips, no runs, furniture removed and replaced. Mike and his team did quite a bit of work in the bathrooms. They replaced toilets, cut holes in the tile wall for new outlets, and replaced old pedestal sinks with new floating vanities and sinks. The work was done efficiently and correctly. They had all the right tools and parts, and everything went together beautifully. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up thoroughly and hauled away all the trash. After I saw them I ignored those items and asked him if he could stop out and finish 1 small item he could not get to. He said he would and then sent me the bill. I paid the bill in full thnking he would honor his word and stop back to fix it. (it was actually something he caused when he was fixing something related to it.) After I contacted him he promised to come over several times and gave me dates and times he was going to stop but has failed to show every time. He doesnt contact me at all. He did say, only because I asked him, if he had charged me for that and he said 'no'. I told him I would pay him for the extra work to be fair to him. Still nothing!! In summary if you want A+ work on everything from beginning to end he might not be the guy for the job.
