Their background in Structural Engineering is something that is just not offered through normal inspection companies. You will be blown away with the report you recieve after the inspection. I thought I came prepared with a worksheet I created to make sure the major items in this home purchased were covered, needless to say Marvin, my inspector had a much more detailed listing. We went over the home, foundation, electrical, water, roofing, walls, plumbing, on and on and on. If you choose someone other than this company, you will never know what you missed out on. My wife and I were so pleased, and it made the decision to purchase this house with confidence. At the end of the inspection, he pointed out, in his opinion to where we should focus our short and long term possible needs to abbate any issues going forward with our home. JUST AMAZING! However, right before my inspection I found out these other services could not be provided. My home inspector provided great pictures and a lot of issues were in the report. However, my home inspector missed a lot of big concerns. The electrical was all messed up and needed rewiring (not too expensive to fix but this was a missed fire hazard). The new furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace venting was too small ($5,000 bill). The electrical outlets weren't even grounded. How does a home inspector missed that?? It literally is just putting in a cheap testing device into the outlets to check them.

She never once rushed me or give me a "spiel" to cover everything at once, but took time to honestly listen to what I was asking and provided thoughtful answers which made me feel comfortable booking with them. From the initial phone call, to explaining everything, and helping us to get everything figured out when an unfortunate emergency in the area prevented us from completing the inspection when initially scheduled, Bella was a joy to work with. Kevin was so easy and wonderful to work with as well! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive in inspecting a home for us. He made the process seamless, coming out multiple times, answered all my questions, and was honest and forthcoming in his report. He didn't rush us through explaining areas we did or didn't have to worry to much about. The detailed pictures and information provided in the report allowed me to have a clear picture of the current state of the property, and he gave me great tips on follow ups and what to watch for. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!

Pat - Clearly you…read morehave done so many people wrong that it is coming back to finally bite you. Given your reply, you think blaming me for that is your way out of this mess you have found yourself. I would caution you from making frivolous and slanderous accusations. The only reviews I have made about you are signed by me. Stop flattering yourself, nobody is infatuated with you or stalking you. You clearly are paranoid. To say that you are presenting all the facts, well llet's just leave the story telling to the time lapse camera of the project. That will tell those all they need to know about the "quality and professional" work you claim to do. The truth is that I don't have to tell anyone that contacts me about your lack of pool knowledge. I just show them the video and photos and invite them over to take a look for themselves. I have even had your own family members contact me and apologize for you. I've had people contact me asking how much I paid you, claiming you owe back child support. Don't blame your failures and lies on me. Might this be why you are asking people to pay you cash and why you are so mad you received a 1099? Yes Pat, I did terminate our contract, after I gave you many chances to make things right. But your lies kept stacking. I wasn't going to spend my winter hoping you would finally start telling the truth. You had months to do a project that should have taken 2-3 weeks. So yes Pat, I got a competent pool builder to fix your mess, and in the process found out so much more about you then anyone could have bargained for. Pat, I truly hope you wake up and start to do the right thing and stop lying and taking advantage of people. At the very least, do the right thing for your own family, especially your daughter.
