This was my second time ordering from CC's the first time there was a few hiccups, they didn't deliver the right flowers and the customer service rep carlee (i believe her name was but i could be mistaken) was less than helpful. I figured they are a small business that's been around for a while i'll try them again and hope for the best maybe they just had a bad day plus I really enjoy working with small local businesses. I should not have done that, I should've looked at the recent reviews and moved to a different shop. I placed an order over the phone about two weeks ago for a 80$ bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her birthday and it never was. I tried calling the shop several times through out the next day no one answered, the mailbox was full so there was no way to leave a message. Ive tried calling more throughout this past week, still no answer. I went on their facebook page and called the other numbers they have listed and also texted the number with that option and nothing. Finally I got through to a Jessy and was met with the nastiest attitude of "well there's nothing we can do now maam" I ended up having to dispute the charge off my card in the end between being dodged by them and their disgusting attitude. It's a shame i used to really like CC's they used to do really really nice work and were customer focused i guess the new ownership isn't as dedicated as CC 's. I won't be using CC's or their other name Phief's any time soon. read more

This florist is very unprofessional and disgraceful. I placed and order for a large floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home for a wake. I realized 2 days after the funeral from the family thats it was never er delivered! When i called I spoke with a very nasty associate, Jessie, that was extremely unsympathetic, stating it wasnt delivered because the name of the deceased was not on the order. Only the name of the people that coordinated the funeral. It wasnt even an option on the dlievery form. They never called, emailed or texted. She states they sent 1 text, that was never recieved, because they are too busy to make a call!! So embarrassing that this was never delivered for a good friends! You would think dealing with such important, expensive arrangements would be handled more professionally. Whatever you do, DO NOT use them if you want your arrangement delivered on a certain day! I live in LA and wanted to make sure my mom got some fresh flowers for Mother's Day. I looked around online and took a chance with CC's. I made a great choice. My mom lives in White Springs and they were able to deliver them. I also scheduled for the Friday before Mother's Day to make sure she received them in time and that they wouldn't get lost in all the busy-ness of the holiday. I received an email once they were delivered which I appreciated and then sat back to wait for my accolades. My mother loved the flowers as well as the vase. She sent me a few pics and I am please to say the bouquet was beautiful and looked like the online image. Thanks! read more

Ordered a bouquet and paid the highest amount for them to get the best quality. Not only are they the wrong flowers, they are cheaply thrown together and are have very few flowers. And they are lilting. I am especially upset due to the fact they were for Mother's Day and they offered to only fix the problem days after. Not happy! Look at the difference between those photos. Today was my moms funeral. They called the church yesterday to confirm what time they could make delivery today. They charge my sister and my aunts cards for the flowers. They never showed up and when my sister tried to call the number she was given for the owner did not work. Finally spoke to the owner and she said there was a glitch in their system. Not enough of a glitch to charge cards and even confirm delivery time. The owner just offered her silk arrangements which we didn't want especially ten minutes before the service began or to make her a $600 silk arrangement in a few weeks. Seems like a bunch of talking but no owning up to the fact that they let a grieving family down and just didn't care enough to fulfill the order when it was needed. read more

I went to C C 's and they were rude and inconciderate. I have seen there work and their work is nice but the management is lacking alot. I just cannot deal with people like that. I would rather go somewhere where I am considered a person. I would rather go to another shop. I dislike rude people. read more

Horrible place to order flowers. Staff is not capable of taking a simple phone order and getting it delivered. We order flowers for our Parent's grave site and asked them to deliver them to the cemetery and replace the silk flowers that were there. Gave them the name of our parents, name of the cemetery and credit card info. Real difficult right? Didn't happen. Never delivered but we were charged. They said "they must have been stolen". No! We had someone check and the old flowers are still there. CCs staff has no clue what happened. Buy your flowers from someone else. read more
