I figured they are a small business that's been around for a while i'll try them again and hope for the best maybe they just had a bad day plus I really enjoy working with small local businesses. I should not have done that, I should've looked at the recent reviews and moved to a different shop. I placed an order over the phone about two weeks ago for a 80$ bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her birthday and it never was. I tried calling the shop several times through out the next day no one answered, the mailbox was full so there was no way to leave a message. Ive tried calling more throughout this past week, still no answer. I went on their facebook page and called the other numbers they have listed and also texted the number with that option and nothing. Finally I got through to a Jessy and was met with the nastiest attitude of "well there's nothing we can do now maam" I ended up having to dispute the charge off my card in the end between being dodged by them and their disgusting attitude. It's a shame i used to really like CC's they used to do really really nice work and were customer focused i guess the new ownership isn't as dedicated as CC 's. I won't be using CC's or their other name Phief's any time soon.

I realized 2 days after the funeral from the family thats it was never er delivered! When i called I spoke with a very nasty associate, Jessie, that was extremely unsympathetic, stating it wasnt delivered because the name of the deceased was not on the order. Only the name of the people that coordinated the funeral. It wasnt even an option on the dlievery form. They never called, emailed or texted. She states they sent 1 text, that was never recieved, because they are too busy to make a call!! So embarrassing that this was never delivered for a good friends! You would think dealing with such important, expensive arrangements would be handled more professionally. Whatever you do, DO NOT use them if you want your arrangement delivered on a certain day! They do not need your business after all

It was clean and was bursting with holiday decorations and gifts. after finding a few thing si wanted I went to check out where I was greeted and checked out quickly and with a smile. the cashier wished me a good day and told me to come back soon. It was a very pleasant shopping experience in a clean and friendly environment.

Dealing with setting up the install of the decor and the time it took to have everything completed was ridiculous as I was promised a quicker turn around. If you are on some type of time crunch or you actually want to get an itemized receipt to know what your budget money went to then look somewhere else. I sent Marlena my budget money check on Sept 29, 2017 and it was received beginning of October 2017. I was told once it was received they aim to have everything completed within 4-6 weeks. With multiple text to Marlena following up the install of everything and decor was completed on February 8, 2018. FIVE months later, I finally had it completed. I was given every excuse possibly as to why it kept getting put off. I am happy that is has been completed but I asked for a receipt to see where exactly my money went and never got one OF COURSE. Just beware and read the reviews on BBB before hiring this company. If I had read the reviews I would have went with someone else as it seems I am not the only one that has had to deal with this issue.
