I stated that the cost of each item was this amount. He then stated that I had to take a pencil and paper and write down these long numbers and bring them to the register. This man had a nasty attitude and should not deal with the public. I will never go to this business again and will be sure to let others know of the treatment I received. They make screens, cut glass and have a large lumber selection. They also have selection of Carhart clothes and boots for the Macclennians... Both times the clerk informed me that the restroom was out of order. upon further inquiry I was informed that the bathroom wasn't going to be repaired as it is too expensive to repair and is not profitable. I asked the staff what they do and a salesclerk informed me that they go to the bathroom behind the store. This is a health issue, a public disservice, and shows shows a total lack of concern for loyal customers.

He expertly explained the differences between the gas and electric models of the equipment she was interested in, and found a good deal on one of the products that was on sale. We also got an extra battery for one of the tools as a promotional deal that we weren't aware of. We purchased all of her new toys... er.. uh... "tools," and Adam assisted in registering them for warranty. This is a great hardware store, and they have lots of products. Chances are they have exactly what you need!
