While annoyed, I agreed, because I wanted to maintain the relationship since the work was guaranteed for two years. However, soon after the work was completed, I noticed an issue & called requesting they come to inspect & correct. They never showed up! A few months later I noticed a loose paver which I felt caused a tripping hazard. called again. This time I was more persistent & called many times. Again, all I received were promises but again they never showed for the repair. So much for a two-year guarantee. Totally useless if they just refuse to come. Both my issues were relatively small. I was able to get them repaired by other means. Just really felt that this company gave me a run-around and did not live up to their promises.
