I've a small flat…read moreroof on the 3rd floor that was leaking constantly and my idea was to replace the whole roof. I called and they came right over. I did mention I wanted it replaced, but they said the best thing to do was to use white silicone coating and it will stop anything. So, I said ok. They got the job done in June of 2020. It looked good, not what I was looking for, but I trusted them and I thought it was fine. They also gave me a 5 year warranty. Fast forward to Autumn of 2024, and it started leaking again. I called and said I want to use the warranty. Communication was not as great. They constantly told me they are going to troubleshoot it and get to the bottom of it. It seemed like they were surprised that the silicone didn't stop it. They did visit, but kept on saying it doesn't look like their work, but they will get a guy who can give a masterclass on finding leaks. They never returned and the warranty had expired as time slipped by. I ended up going with their competitors. The competition replaced the whole roof, found the leak in the process, and used ingenuity to prevent it from ever leaking again. DeMuro was a huge disappointment and I regret spending $4,750 with them. They did replace my gutters and I was happy about that, but they subbed that out, so not really their work.

Rich sent someone over immediately to patch the leak until he could do a complete job.. The entire roof needed to be replaced, and there were many unexpected problems. We converted a 500 sq ft enclosed patio into an attached apartment. It had had a leaky torch-down…read more(nearly flat) roof. I'd already tried to get the leak patched, but it had not worked, so we were ready to start fresh with a new roof. I assumed we would get estimates for torch down, which is pretty standard for very low slope roofs, but I wanted the roofers to tell me what type of roof they thought would be best. Most told me torch down. I had been reading about TPO roofs and I was curious to see if many roofers knew how to do them. Before Barcenas, about 6 other roofers came over to quote. Only 3 produced a written quote, and only 1 sounded like they felt confident about doing TPO. Anyhow, I was pretty annoyed by the whole process, as it was sucking up a lot of my time, by the time Barcenas Roofing came over. I had unenthusiastlly picked a different roofer by that time so I was ready to just go with that, but since Jesus at Barcenas had been texting (my preferred method of communication by far) I figured I might as well meet up with one last company - kinda to be polite, truth be told. But before long, I felt something was different about these guys. They made me feel like they were going to do whatever it took to get the job, even if that included aspects that were not roofing, which really meant something to me. They were solution oriented as to the bigger picture, not strictly the 500 sq ft roof. They were fully engaged. Their bid was for TPO and it included removing and rebuilding an awning that I wanted to become part of the roof.The 2 guys who bid the job (owner & supervisor) also personally worked the job even though they had a large crew. They had such a great work ethic. They came on time, early in the morning and many of them stayed late into the evening. They got 95% of the entire roof, the awning tear down and rebuild, and other repairs like bad plywood and facia fixing, done in ONE DAY! I have nothing bad to say. They did a nice job, provided a total solution, for a great price, and they did it super fast. 5-stars.

Louie is very professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to examine the roof. He takes the time to tell you about the problems he sees and explains what needs to be done. He also recommends optional things you should do to prolong the life of your roof. Louie is hands on and constantly supervises his workers. He informs you on the progress throughout the day.
