We have been super happy with Cda Home Cleaning. Our cleaner, Jessica, is always on time, brings all of her own supplies and is very sweet and thorough - she does a really great job. She always asks if there is something we want more attention on, or anything to do different, etc. The owner has great communication on reminders for cleans and reaches out to see if everything is going well and to make sure we are happy. I think the thing that has made this company stand out for us is having the consistency of scheduled cleans. We have paid solo cleaners before, but things come up last minute - which we understand, but sometimes you have company coming, or an event, etc. and the cancellation happens last minute and you are left scrambling. I appreciated this because 1/2 of our home sits empty (as we are empty nesters). I have been using this company for over a year after ditching Merry Maids after four years. MM kept raising the price and charged extra for periodic fridge or oven cleanings.
