We then needed to discuss our options and do some research. A few days later we came back, narrowed our choice down to two vehicles and took longer test drives in both vehicles. We decided to purchase one and the process was one of the fastest vehicle purchases we have had over the yrs. We briefly worked with Chandler and Casey, both very helpful. Then, with Charlie in finance. Again, very quick and uneventful in the finance office that made it a breeze. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. We were introduced to the service department manager, as well. Brooklyn then walked us through the features on our car, to be familiar with it all before we drove away. This entire Dealership group ( Nissan, Jeep, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge Ram) works hard to help you get what you want in a vehicle at a great price. We were very please with the whole process. They balanced the tires on my wife's car and pointed out some unusual wear (they were correct...there was an issue) and gave her options without any pressure or fear tactics. I really appreciated that. These people work hard, are honest with customers, and seem to try to do what's best and right by people. We are about to order new tires for the Camry. I called Corinth RV's parts department and over the phone told her what I was needing and was looking for, gave her the manufacturer part number and in a couple minutes search Janet told me she could get it overnight and I could pick it up on my way through town the next day. No deposit asked or to pay for it all upfront. Not only did Corinth RV get the part for me the day as I was passing through, they also had the best price on the part by far. They were at least 20% under all the competition. She even gave me a veterans discount on top of their low price. When I arrived she apologized that the board had not arrived yet (third party delivery is totally beyond her control), and that it was out for delivery and should be there within the hour. She also called to make sure while I waited. I went to grab some lunch and while we were gone she called that it had arrived and was ready whenever I got back. Great customer service. Well I'll start by saying I dont blame the owners for service . I brought my class C in because my…read morerear inside tire was leaking , well the tech said it was the valve stem and it was loose so he fixed it. They charged me 15 and I gave tech a 5 dollar tip. Here is problem , the next morning we woke up to find rear outside tire had gone low . Well I checked with soap suds turned out to be bad valve extender . So what was the problem , it was a valve extender but not loose bad ! So took it off and aired up tire. My point is I would have gladly paid for a new extender when he had tires off , now i have to find another place on the road when I leave pickwic dam campground . To Think I gave the tech a 5 dollar tip. Please supervise this guy more closely , but thanks for rotating my tires lol

I waited for 2 hours and some customers that came in after me actually got their vehicle worked on and left 30 minutes before me when I was there 30 minutes before them. Cost me about 22$ in total but a 2 hour wait that I was told would be 30 min when I had plans after which are now ruined because I missed the visitation time.
