The guys at Savannah Tire helped me out not once but twice. I would have to say I find the only…read morereview I could find of the place bs. I am originally from NJ and have never had the experience aqt a tire place that I did at Savannah Tire. The first time I went there I was replacing two front tires. While replacing the tires they noticed that wires were starting to show on my rear passenger side tire. Patrick who I later found out was the owner came over took me and showed me the wires. He then told me he knew that I have kids from the car seats in the van so he was going to replace the back tire for $10 with no labor charge. $10 yes you heard that correct. Now just yesterday I went and had my tires checked there because my tire light came on and after my last flat my doughnut blew out. So once again Patrick acknowledged my children telling me I couldn't drive around with out a spare with kids so he replaced my doughnut with a full sized spare for $25. this man did not know me from Adam and now he has a customer for life. I would say staying open late and honoring a nontransferable warranty that someone else purchased is "Doing you a favor!" My guess would be that if your attitude was anything close to the the tone of your review that is why they didn't put it on for you.

I took my truck there to have new brakes installed and provided my own parts. However, I was still…read morecharged for new brakes as if they had supplied them. I don't think I should have been billed for parts I already provided. I recommend checking your receipt carefully if you bring your own parts.
