They came and towed my boyfriends car at 1:30am Saturday night/Sunday morning. I just moved into my…read moreapartment complex and my boyfriend was over for the night. He was parked slightly on the line and they towed his car for "double parking". They damaged the car during the towing , put the car on the truck wrong multiple times to the point my boyfriend had to step in and actually HELP fix it. He has recordings of them telling us (with proof of their faces) they would return the car because they damaged it , which they did not. We also have pictures and videos of the damages they caused with before pictures luckily.They are greedy for money, Rude , inconsiderate and the whole process was very unethical and could have been handled differently. We are already in the process of taking legal action for the damages to the car, do not use this company for towing needs and if your apartment partners with this company be careful they are snakes!
