Mind you I have a full Internet package TV phone and six mobile devices on their system and when I'm trying to upgrade one of my devices, it's a major inconvenience for them to go through options with me. Once we get into it, they're not even really familiar with the phone nor the process how to transfer data from the old one to the new one. Of course I'm concerned when they tell me they can get all the data except for the last year and a half of current time, which is unacceptable. Long process multiple hours. If I didn't need the phone for my daughter, I would've been very rude in return and left, but I got what I needed, but I won't be coming back and I'll be going to a new carrier even if I have to suffer. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending them if anything steering people in a different direction, utterly an embarrassment to the company. I mentioned I need the USB cord for the tuning adapter and was promptly told they did not have one. After she disappeared in the back for 5 minutes returning with the cord, and now 5 customers deep behind me. She was unable to get the M Card or Tuning Adapter to scan into the computer so I was, of course, told they were bad and they would have to send a tech sometime next week. I don't live here full time so I left with nothing but a cavalier attitude of How they could care less about my cable problems. Come back next time you're down. Charter has a reputation of crappy service here. You can not get a phone number so you can call this office location. You have to drive all the way over there, no matter where you are, so you can find out they can't help you. Subsequent to this visit the 800# told me they have plenty of M cards on hand.
