Specially during the holidays, they have really nice items to purchase and give as gifts to loved ones. My main complaint about this location is that it is very unorganized. Staff are not helpful most of the time. They keep standing in the aisles and block customers from looking at items. The lines are very long and most of the time they have two registers open. For price, I would say they have items that are really priced reasonably. For parking, I would say it would be hard to find a parking spot during weekends.

The other one had gotten fungus gnats, so they re-potted it. They not only sell plants, but help nurse any plants you have back to health. They don't just have plants and supplies in their shop, they have lots of other non-plant items that are great as gifts. I also purchased a journal from them. They have a cute coffee cart and outdoor seating area in the front, and have different events they produce. Really building a community around their shop.

Left to my own devices, I had no expected ship date and a deadline for plumbing installation in my home! Eddy contacted Waterstone for me, demanding the kitchen suite we purchased from them. Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy!
