Cute little gift shop in the mall with a variety of popular authentic blind box products.

    FAKE CARD

Of all instances in my life that I have interacted with store employees, this was the most despicable situation I have ever been in. If you paid someone to be purposefully rude and disrespectful, you could not get them to behave the way the male employee at Maneki Neko did. We spent $120 on egregiously fake Pokemon cards. Now, if the employees were understanding and attempted to solve the situation with us, I would have been very appreciative. However, right from the first call about our grievance, the store employee immediately gave us attitude, and accused us of putting our own fake cards inside the box. His attitude and rudeness was unforgiveable, and he maintained his stance that they were real cards--even claiming to be a "collector". We went to an official grader and multiple other genuine collectors, and these cards are so disgustingly fake. Despite this, the staff maintained their asinine position that they were real, and refused a refund. IF YOU WISH TO LOSE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE TRASH, THIS IS THE STORE TO GO TO.

I don't know if you believe in casting a spell or not, but I DO!!. Speaking from my own experience…read more Have been to a place like this one few years back in Santa Monica City by the beach/pier and whatever that lady said was nothing but the truth. On the 16th of this month, after I had Taco Bell, I have noticed this quaint, lovely, somewhat gothic, clean place and wanted to go in and see if they could be some sort of help to me. I have been feeling uncomfortable for the past year and a half. Wanted to know if someone has done a spell on me or not; and if they could remove the spell? Sure enough when it was my turn to sit on that chair, the young lady, (can't remember her name), said yes, 2 of your family members has done a spell on you, but was not able to tell me who they were. Not even their gender. I was shocked and got choked up. She relaxed me by giving me cup of water. This is a very unique store/shop with a lot of things to offer: jewelry, Tarot cards, scented and non scented candles, herbs of different kinds, incense blends, charm begs, essential oils, different colors, sizes and types of beautiful crystal rocks/balls. I was blown away by the selection of all of their items. Everything had it's own valuable price and looked clean, nice and new. They have street parking, woman owned, and didn't see a bathroom. I was also told that I should come at least 3 to 5 more times so they can work on me. I will definitely take action and go back. They accept most credit cards and cash. Didn't buy anything but was worth giving this shop a try..you can either make an appointment or simply walk in... Whether you are Christin, Buddhist, Spiritualist, or belong to any other religion.. all are welcome. Established back in 2017!

I love walking those few blocks. Parking is easy usually. But the day I went I walked in and wasn't greeted once. I was going to ask for help, but in the 20-30 minutes I was in there, the person behind the counter was chatting with a friend about various things the whole time. I wandered the whole place and didn't get acknowledged at all. Even when the friend left. It was odd, especially in a place like that. Every other spiritual and witchy place in the area I'm always helped out. I ended up getting a couple crystals. I wanted to get more by the vibe just wasn't it. They had a ton of stuff to choose from. Wide array of all things - crystals, books, cards, candles, spell magic, etc. I also got a mojo bag. But I unfortunately don't think I'll be going back.

We were welcomed by the charming owners who were buzzing about trying to care for customers and make bread. A sweet lady asked if it was our first time and proceeded to give us a full blown tour. We spent a good 15 or 20 minutes chatting with her and learning about how bread is made, talking about her life and how she and her husband wound up opening the store. We concluded with taste tests of different products they offer. It was not at all what we expected, and kind of felt like an entire afternoon event rather than just popping into a bakery. By their own admission the bread is expensive, $20 for the standard sourdough loaf - but it is all organic, lovingly crafted and carefully selected to have a process and ingredients that avoid chemicals or preservatives. The bread (and other stuff we bought too) was delicious and it was a very cool place to visit for sure!

Wow! What a pleasant experience…read more I walked into the most welcoming shop. Greeted by Chef Randall, he was very sweet and excited to have me try their sourdough and explained what made their bread so special. Talk about clean ingredients! I tried the country sourdough and the cinnamon maple pecan sourdough with some raw butter. mmm mm. I went with the country sourdough loaf for $20 and was asked if I would like it sliced. I asked for thin sliced and sure enough he brought it over to his bread slicer machine (all the way from Belgium) and encouraged me even take a video of the process. It cut it super quick! He also brought out a sample of a special "no sugar bread pudding muffin" not yet on the menu. YUM! As he was packing up my purchase, he threw in a card on how to properly store the sourdough and tips on how to eat it. It was very informative. Especially if you don't know anything about bread aka ME. He also added a local magazine which features some recipes, news about the town, and farmers market details. I was also encourage to sign up for their e-newsletter. I expect many puns coming my way. Chef Randall is the epitome of kindness. Loves the work he does, is community oriented, and makes some good bread!
