I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

My family celebrated a post-nuptial brunch at White's of Westport and it was wonderful. Kendra…read moreMello was our point of contact throughout the entire process and she was excellent to work with; she truly went above and beyond. Our first contact with Kendra was in February for a May event. She was helpful, responsive, and took great care of us even though our date happened to coincide with one of White's busiest days: Mother's Day! We booked a private room for three hours with access to the grand buffet. We were not able to provide an exact headcount as we told guests to stop in whenever they could, but Kendra and her team were still able to accommodate us. The staff, Kendra and Myles, greeted our guests warmly, provided cocktail service, continuously replenished water, coffee, and juice, and quickly replaced place settings as our 40-50 guests came and went during the morning. When the room started to get full with the original five tables that were set, Kendra and her staff set up an additional table without even being asked to do so. They had such a keen eye for the details and really made the event run perfectly. A special treat was that Chris, the owner of LaFrance Hospitality, made a point of coming over to the hosts to thank us for our patronage. So nice of him to do that on such a busy Sunday morning. The buffet was plentiful and the food was delicious. All of our guests enjoyed their meals, and even on such a crowded day the lines moved very quickly and nothing ran out. Overall, I would highly recommend White's of Westport for any special occasion event, and especially working with Kendra Mello.

Princess Anna did a wonderful job at my daughter's fifth birthday. She was great with the kids -…read morevery calm - and they hung on her every word. The activities planned all entertained the girls and filled the timeframe perfectly. The best part was the sing along. Hearing them all belt out the words to Let it Go (even though I've heard it about a times) was priceless. Jaqui was a pleasure to work with and really made an effort to accommodate a time that worked with our busy schedule. I would absolutely recommend Fairytale Dream parties!
