When the weather turned just days before out event, he was able to pivot with us to enlarge the tent and add sides to help it stay warmer inside. After everything was set up he realized one piece was missing for one table, and went out of his way to get it and bring it all the way back to our property so the setup was perfect. I again rented a tent from Don. The men who came to set it up were professional and excellent. I had a drawing of where all the tables and chairs went and they set it up perfectly. On Saturday morning when I went to set the tables, I realized 5 out of 13 of the 36" round tables were actually 30" rounds. It may seem like it's not a big deal, but 5 chargers fit on a 36" round, as opposed to 3 on a 30" round. I called Don who told me that they interchange them, meaning you might get 36" or you might get 30". If I order 36", I expect 36". He should have told me right from the start. I needed 36". I didn't need to find this out on the moring of my daughter's wedding when I was most stressed. If he had apologized it would have been one thing, but he rudely told me it is what it is and he couldn't help me, and hung up!, which left me scrambling to find more tables elsewhere when I had 1000 other things to do. I think it was handled in a very unprofessional way. I will not be using them again. That's not the way to treat repeat customers!
