And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. We have paid thousands and thousands of dollars to this company for 3 separate jobs, first our front porch and walkway. Within one year it began to bubble, but this first time they had no issues and fixed it under warranty no questions asked, we were happy with the customer service. So, we decided to hire them again to do our back patio. A year after the back patio was done... more bubbles! This time they said it was moisture and would not be covered. We were shocked and asked about the lifetime warranty, they replied, read the fine print! Eventually we got them to finally repair it under warranty but they made us pay $500 for a moisture barrier to be applied. We had a swimming pool installed and the pool deck touches the back patio, so to have it match we hired them to do our pool deck. A year later it is peeling horribly around the border of the pool and bubbling in other areas. They now say only the border area that is peeling is covered under warranty, not the rest and we have to pay to have it redone as they said again... it looks like moisture! So now I am contacting the BBB and the Nebraska Attorney General. Buyer beware! Lifetime warranty is a scam with this company.

There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. There were some samples inside, but Giovy was kind enough to show me around outside as well, so I can view full slabs. They were getting ready for installation. It was great to be able to see full slabs versus the samples that mini shops carry!

My spouse and I had been wanting to upgrade our laminate countertops since we moved to our home 10…read moreyears ago. We did some research, decided on quartz, and then contacted several companies to get estimates. 101 Countertops was responsive right away and Brenda came out within the week to do some preliminary measurements, see the kitchen space, and answer questions. We were impressed and made arrangements to visit the physical store location where we selected our countertops, sink and tile for the backsplash from the samples available. The faucet we purchased ourselves at Lowe's. They work closely with another business (Balmori's Remodeling) for the actual tile work so we received a separate estimate for that. There were a couple unavoidable delays getting started but it was well worth the wait. They communicated with my spouse (since he works at home) via text, email and phone. The work took a couple days for the countertops and a couple days the following week for the tile. We are so pleased with the result! I included some pictures and would recommend them to someone wanting to do a similar project.
