Erick came out to do the survey. We were really impressed by his knowledge, speed of work, and great personality. Erick was really helpful as we had an issue with some neighborhood kids pulling out the survey marks -- he came back out to assist me in finding the marks again. The architecture and finish details of the residential home were sometimes extremely detailed and technical, many times outside of the common practice for the builder and his team. Nina provided technical drawings for the build team - working with the manufacturer's specifications. Some of these products and build practices required her to do a fair amount of research for accurate drawings. I also found Nina able to handle stressful, time sensitive changes in stride with a can-do attitude. When something was urgent she made herself immediately available.
